The character introduction
I remember the day vividly. It was a warm afternoon and I was hanging out with my friends on the playground. It was around the beginning of May when the drama started, for now let me introduce my friends to you.
A few months before the change
Me: Katy,Ember what are you guys going to do for recess? Hm
Ember&Katy:🙄
Me: Let me guess... today is swinging Monday. I give them an annoyed face
Im changing the format from here on out
"You guys are inseparable."Kim said from behind us. "Yea I can't imagine them apart." I reply. "Golly, where are you girls going now?" Kim asked in pure annoyance. "You down to pl-" Kim began. She gave a puzzled look to Katy. Katy looked out of the zone, and Katy is like one of those friends that stay very attentive. Katy suddenly snapped of it and looked behind her. She grabbed Ember's arm and began to drag her somewhere. "Where are you going?" Kim and I said in unison.
"The swings are calling!" Katy said as she dragged Ember to the swings. "See ya later!" Ember said as she yanked her arm out of Katy's grasp and began racing her to the swings. Katy didn't have a worried, scared or even distraught face when did that. She had her normal tone and happy smile.
Odd, quite odd. "Soooooooo... are you going to be a wet blanket orrrrr... you gonna join us?" Kim asked unsure about my anwser. I vary in my preferences. "The latter." I say as I pull her toward the soccer field.
