17. SO CLOSE YET SO FAR

CHAKOR'S POV

"SURAJ what are you doing? We are getting late. Don't you...." She halted at the middle of her questions and gives confused look between SURAJ and me. She was shocked to see me.

"Nicole!! Hi😁 yes I remember, I was about to call you 😁"SURAJ replied shyly.

"Let's go, meeting is going to start in ten minutes. I arranged everything specially"Nicole said.

"Yeah , let's go"he said. "Miss CHAKOR you are coming with us" he added.
Nicole was not happy with his decision to take CHAKOR with them.

"But we don't need her SURAJ" she tried to explain him.

"She is my PA Nicole, obviously I will need her" he replied casually.
She glared at CHAKOR with distasteful and CHAKOR smirked victoriously.

"SURAJ!! I mean sir, you go ahead I will join you in a minute" she requested him. He nodded and left both cats there.

"I see my little sister is challenging me!! I think she forget what I m capable of..." Nicole eyed her wickedly.

"If you think so.. Miss Nicole. Now I m really challenging you, soon I will make SURAJ mine for forever" CHAKOR challenges her with determination in her eyes.

"I will regret about your this fearless attitude soon little sister" Nicole replied her with evil smile on her face and left. CHAKOR was scared inside but she covered it in front of her. Now she was really tense and worried about her evil sister's next move.

In conference room

CHAKOR and Nicole were sitting opposite eachother and SURAJ was in middle of them.

First presentation was presented by Vivian Silvester whom SURAJ glared throughout the presentation because his attention was less on his project and more on CHAKOR. He wanted to break his teeths.
Finally after half an hour his presentation ended.

Now Mr.SURAJ RAJVANSHI's turn

"Good morning friends, welcome to RAJVANSHI ENTERPRISE. Don't worry I will not take your much"he smiled "let's start" he added.

"This is my project. I want to build a school in the middle of the town and I will invest 75% of totally interior. I need only 25% of help from you guys. As we all know how important is education and in this town hardly 5% people are educated, now decision is in your hands. Thank you" he ended his presentation and whole auditorium was filled with claps. CHAKOR was so lost in admiring SURAJ that she forgot everyone was clapping. He was so engrossed in his presentation. For him is work is most important. He is just 23 years old but he is so intelligent and expert in his business. He always thinks about others profile before his own.

Nicole was noticing CHAKOR and SURAJ passing smiles time to time. She was fuming. She dropped the coffee cup which was on desk which ultimately poured on CHAKOR'S dress.

"I'm so sorry CHAKOR, I was just talking file, I didn't know this would happen" she fake apologized.

"It's ok , excuse me please" CHAKOR excused herself to clean her dress.

After 15 minutes

"SURAJ..??"

" It's ok Nicole. I m fine"he replied sadly "please give me some time alone I will be fine" he requested.

"Ahh , ok , but please don't feel bad huh" he sympathies and left.

Other side CHAKOR was worried and searching for him in conference room.
"May be he is in his cabin, I don't check him there" she said to herself and ran in that direction.
