Amy's POV
I woke up feeling warm arms wrapped around my waist. I turned over only to be greeted by a snoring Mark. I got up, careful to not wake him and headed to the bathroom with my clothes, ready to start the day.
After a nice warm bath i got dressed, wearing a white vest top, a pair of denim shorts with my comfy black cardigan with my white sandals. I dried my hair and headed downstairs to make waffles and bacon. Not long after i started cooking i heard a groan followed by soft padding across the floor, only to be met by a groggy Mark.
"Morning beautiful" Mark said as he kissed my cheek.
"Morning Markimoo, how did you sleep?" I replied, turning to flip the bacon. The tasty smell of waffles starting to fill the air.
"Great actually, especially with you to keep me warm." He answered with a cheesy grin.
We finished our breakfast and coffee and i was waiting by the door for Mark so we could leave. Today was our 4 year anniversary and we decided to celebrate with friends who travelled out to LA instead of going on a usual date.
He came bounding down the stairs wearing his lucky flannel and a pair of jeans, after feeding Chica we walked out to the car. He decided to drive and the journey was filled with us singing along to Ed Sheeran. We finally arrived at the city centre and met with; Sean, Signe, Felix, Marzia, Tyler and Ethan.
Our day was spent with laughing and goofing about as we ate Chipotle and explored the city. Me, Signe and Marzia occasionally running into stores to nosy at the sales.
The day was going great until it all went downhill. We turned the corner only to be met with my ex boyfriend... Steve.
