You are your biggest bully
When you tell yourself you're ugly, fat or not worth it when you wouldn't tell anyone else that to their face that proves how much of a bully you can be. I'm not calling you mean but when you are bullying yourself you can expect to be any happier.
You can't love anyone else until your learn to love yourself
If you can call someone else pretty, beautiful or smart but go home and tell yourself your ugly, fat or dumb. Then you need time to work on yourself. You shouldn't be wasting your energy on loving someone else when you need to be using that energy on loving yourself. Go home, look in the mirror and tell yourself how gorgeous, beautiful or how handsome you are. Like they say fake it till you make it. You will soon start to believe yourself.
Your body is like your earth suit. You wouldn't wear a space suit and call it names.
My 8th grade science teacher told me to treat my body like it's a space suit. After all it's like your suit for earth. Don't eat junk and not treat your body right. Your body is your lifeline don't mess around with it.
