"No! let me settle this! Ok Aja?"

"Look Ms. Volkman I love your daughter more than anything! I know I hurt her in the beginning but I've changed! I know I screwed up but that was the past!"

"Aja did you forgive him for everything he did to you?"

"Of course! I love dan and he loves me! he's changed a lot! he's sweet and loving."

"Oh yeah and what made him change?"

"I left him because he was doing drugs and drinking way too much! and he promised me that he would stop if I came back. An I did so he stopped doing drugs and drinking"

"Why did he start doing drugs in the first place?"

"He st-" dan cut me off.

"Babe I got this one" "I started doing drugs and drinking a lot because Aja went into a coma after I went into one and when I woke up she was in a coma. I felt like it was my fault and I started drinking and doing drugs because it made me forget what I had done to the women I love. I couldn't stand the thought of that I might have killed the women I love"

"You almost killed my daughter?!"

Dan stayed quiet. "mom! no he didn't! I was the one being stupid! he had nothing to do with it!"

"Yeah that's hard to believe! after all he's done to you! I mean how stupid could you be! this piece of shit doesn't love you! he's only with you to ruin you!"

"NO! he does love me! and he can't ruin me more then I'm already screwed up! I'm the one who's a piece of shit! he's just a sweet guy that's helping me get through hell! something you as a mother could never do! And will never do! you know why? because you are a sorry old alcoholic along with your stupid boyfriend who doesn't even know how to take care of himself!"

"Get the hell out of my house!"

"Gladly! and don't expect to see me here ever again!"

I grabbed dans arm and pulled him out.

"Babe are you sure you want to leave?"

"Hell yeah! I don't ever want to see her again!"

We drove in silence back to house. it was my birthday today but I think dan forgot. I wasn't in the mood to celebrate anyway.

When we walked in it was dark.

"Well at least we know Daniel didn't burn down the house"

"Yup!" we both smiled.

We turned on the light.

"Surprise!"

"What's this?"

"I know it's your birthday today. so me and the guys decided to throw you a party!"

"Aw thanks, but I'm not in the mood for a party"

"No! you have to party!" The guys all pulled me into the living room.

There was a whole bunch of people I didn't know. so I'm guessing they were Ryan's friends.

They introduced me to all their friends and we partied all night. I usually don't get out much so this was kinda new to me.

I went into the kitchen to eat something. There was only punch and brownies.

I tapped a persons shoulder.

"Hey um is there alcohol in this?"

"No" I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or not.

Well he said no so ill drink some. Those brownies looked so good.

I drank the punch and it tasted gross but I was so thirsty that I didn't really care. I ate a brownie an it tasted funky. It's probably just from the punch.

I drank more punch and ate more brownies. I started feeling a little sick. my vision was blurry and I could barely stand up.

I walked up to my room to sleep.

When I opened the door I couldn't believe my eyes. dan was in bed with another girl.

No I must be seeing things.

"D-dan?" he turned to me in shock.

I stood there in silence for a while. debating wether or not this was real.
