Chapter 8

Recap:I smiled and side hugged jimin thanking him before glancing over everyone's faces.
And this is where it all starts.
And I'm ready for it.

I sighed as I waved Jhope out the door. They decided they'll let me stay here alone for a bit until I feel more comfortable.
I slowly look around at the presents they all gave me.
The teddy bear and the note from Jimin still in my lap, then the necklace from Yoongi, which was a beautifully carved moon pendant with blue gems. I lowkey am in love with. And then the new phone from Jin with all of their numbers in it in case of an emergency. The names were probably the best thing in there. Jhope was Daddy Sunshine which I am very VERY skeptical of but I can't change it so I'm just gonna ignore the most likely dirty meaning behind it. And then Jungkook was Oppa, (ofc), which he insisted nonstop on. Then Jin was "Mr. Worldwide Handsome". Which had me internally laughing and crying cuz it's true 😂. Then Namjoon was RapMonSTAR. Which makes absolutely no sense in the entire living life of anything but whatever l.(😂)
And then Jimin was Chim-Chim Oppaaaa~ which was so cute and just the best. And then Taehyung was SexyAlien, which I'm actually lowkey wheezing at cuz it's amazing. And then Yoongiii. I'm actually crying his name was SugaDaddy;). And... I don't even need an explanation it's just great.(😂😂).
I laugh quietly as I run through the names again and look at the rest of my gifts.
Namjoon! He gave me a beautiful bouquet of roses and an envelope to only open when I get lonely which I'm still SUPER curious but I won't open it.
Then Jungkook got me a camera(weird?), And a golden tree branch with my name engraved in it, at first I was a bit confused why a branch but I looked at it again and it's so pretty and I like it a lot. Then Taehyung got me... whooo boy. Got me three tickets for different occasions... 1 for having an "only tae day", 1 for if I wanted to "experiment" with "something " which he still won't tell me what it is but I'm hoping I'm wrong. And then a "one of many" nights with Tae;). I honestly have no words. Oh and he got me a poster of them all posing together in case I ever get lonely. This boy concerns me. Anyways and then Jhope got me a beautiful golden charm bracelet with all of their names on it, Jhopes name being in a sun charm,(cuz offc) and then a strange ball that opens, apparently, and he said if I ever am In a dark place or feel alone just open it up and his light will always be there.
I sigh again as I take in everything... I honestly am just so overwhelmed. I don't know what to think anymore.
I look over at the clock, 11:29. I groan slightly as I lightly play with my hair. I mean... i should probably not stay in bed all day. I quietly slip out of the super heavy blanket and walk over to my window. From as far as I can see it was all forest and the sky was 1 color day or night it was a soft red with darker hue around the clouds. It was beautiful though you could see everything.
I inhaled deeply and walked over to the nightstand opening the drawer. Is that a bell?? I grab the bell and pick it up as it rings, quite loudly while I do so, and look at it closely. It's so pretty... Is is that my name??? I look at the beautifully engraved letters and sure enough it spelled out my name.
Woah... wait is there more bells??? I was about to grab the other Bells when I heard a knock on my door.
I looked up and see Namjoon.
"You rang?" He said smirking slightly.
"Uh.. no? I just found these Bells In here I didn't call for anyone." I said slightly confused.
He laughed and walked over to me sitting down at the side of the bed patting the spot next to him.
"That's my bell" he says while gently grabbing my hand, tracing the details on the bell. Causing me to blush madly. "See? There's my initials.." he says while I notice that he was right. " so each bell is for specially one of you guys?" I say looking closer at the bells,
"Yepp!" He says laughing softly and resting his hand in mine.
"Woah.. that's actually really cool!" I laughed slightly and put the bell back in the drawer, closing it softly.
"You know those bells .. ah never mind."
He says standing up gently fixing his shirt.
"The bells are what?"
I ask without realizing.
He turns around towards me and smirks, dangerous mischief in his eyes.
"You reaaally want to know?" He questions taking a stride closer to me.
"Y-yeah.." I say gulping as he gets very close to me. I could feel his breath from the closeness as he sits down by my side. I feel him by tower over me even though we're sitting down and him lower his head down to my ear.
His lips brushing against it sending shivers down spine.(talk about sexual tension mann😂) I looked down out of habit while I felt my face heating up . Then he speaks his lips brushing against my skin with each word.
"You only ring the bell.... if you want one of the mates... or all," he stops chuckling lowly, "to be with you... sexually.... physically...mating purposes..: etc." He says while I felt my whole body get goosebumps. I don't even know how to feel about this.
"But!" He said jumping up back to his normal self, "Don't worry, we didn't show you for a reason cuz you don't need it... yet." He says smiling cheekily while winking. Why does he scare me but like I like him. It's the same with all of them!  Aggh. I'm done trying to figure stuff out.
"Ah. WeLL," I start and close the drawer quickly scooting away from him, "I'll keep this drawer closed." I said while looking away awkwardly.
"Hey.." he says softly while I look up through my lashes not wanting to look directly at him, "I'm sorry about freaking you out I just... Ive waited 700 years to meet you and ...I don't even know how to react. None of us do." He says, me now paying full attention. "I.. you're amazing... and I... we don't even know what do to. We've waited so long to meet you and .. I guess we've been a bit anxious because we forget to factor in your feelings... you barely even know us. But I'm hoping... you can get to know us and hopefully love us. The way we love you..." he stops and takes a deep breath looking up at me the first time since talking.
I.. i didn't know what to say or why I felt the urge to embrace him and tell him it's nothing you don't have to apologize... or... or why I have tears brimming my eyelids. I watch, not moving, as he stands up and rushes over to me, almost falling in the process before wiping my face and hugging me tightly.
"Oh my gosh! Did I say something wrong??? Aish I made you cry already I'm so stupid... stupid. I'm so sor-"
I quickly interrupt him gently pushing him back slightly.
He stands dumbfounded for a moment as I speak.
"You don't have to apologize for your feelings and just you acknowledging mine is ...., I pause and look up at his face smiling, "so ... considerate. I'm not crying because of you I'm crying... I guess... because it's so hard to believe that you beautiful... amazing beings are... my mate. And love me a nobody. It just blows my mind." I say feeling weight fly off my shoulders... slowly processing what I said..
Fuck. I said all of that out loud. Omg and the MATE PART. What if I said too much shit shit shit shit shi———-
I feel warmth surround me and this time it wasn't me crying. It was him.
"Believe me when I say that I wouldn't change anything about you. I wouldn't want any other mate... you-" he stops almost sobbing as tears pour out gently falling on my shoulder.
I slowly bring my arms around his back and hug him back tightly.
He stiffens before he lets out a sob before backing away wiping away his tears.
"Sorry that wasn't my manliest moment. But I don't care anymore. I know everything is going to be great from here on out and I'll never doubt it otherwise." He says smiling sincerely.
"Yeah. It will." I hear a voice say from behind Namjoon.
It was Yoongi and the rest of them. They all had tears in their eyes. As if they can feel everything we've felt.
"Why are you all crying?" I ask laughing quietly to brighten the mood.
Jimin shakes his head as he unconsciously reaches up towards his face and realizes he was crying. As did everyone else.
"She's accepted us as her mate. Officially anyways..." Jin says staring directly at me dumbfounded and happy?
Jungkook was full on bawling into Tae's shoulder while looking at me in the corner of his eyes and Tae patted his back gently looking up at me.
I watched as Jhope gently walked over to me and just stood in front of me momentarily. Just looking at me face before a smile broke through his face and he hugged me tightly.
Soon enough i felt everyone's arms around me and it that moment... I truly didn't feel alone. I felt as everything's going to be okay.
