Idea 1: The bully in Love

Bully is a guy in his second year of college who always bullies his classmate. He used to be best friends with this classmate until high school came around. He began to act out and started bullying said classmate.
Classmate is a girl also in her second year of college, she used to be best friends with her bully until 10th grade of high school where he seemingly distanced himself and started to hang around the "popular" crowd because of his good looks. Girl soon made new best friends and they are still with her even in college, in high school she used to be a soft spoken, shy girl however a bad encounter with her bully caused her to change into a loud mouth, harsh and sarcastic person, she was also more outgoing and made friends easily however now she doesn't cower in front of her bully who followed her to her college but she talks back and doesn't let the things he do hurt her.
Bully ended up following girl into her dream college because in reality he has been in love with her for over 10 years and he is desperate to have her notice him, he is jealous of the people around her and has gotten even more desperate now that she won't even look at him whenever he makes a snide remark. When he started high school his plan was to finally have her notice him as a man and not as her best friend so he tried his best to act cool and he ended up joining the popular crowd however that ended up pushing her away from him and she began making new friends, he slowly became jealous and wanted to monopolize her attention, he wanted her to only look at him and that's when he started bullying her, he felt that if he bullied her she'd have not choice but to be aware of him, to notice him and that drove him wild knowing that all of her attention would be on him even for a moment. However after an accident the girl seemed to have changed and once college started and he started noticing that no matter what he did she never once looked at him.
