Midori Gurin x Kaga Kusha

Everyday, Kaga went to school for two purposes. One was gaining more knowledge and two, was applying what he already knows. There is no time for interaction, there is no time for fun and showing off, and there is definitely no time for "admirations." There was only work.

So when Midori started showing up to ask him things or "help" him, things truly felt awkward for him. Today is one of those awkward days.

"Hey, Kaga-senpai!" Midori (who was carrying boxes the size of shoulder bags) yelled, making everyone in the Science Club look a her. "Why do you need these boxes?"

Kaga sighed heavily and resisted face-palming for he was wearing gloves.

"Midori, those are here for a reason." He hissed. "Don't touch them."

"Okay!" She dropped them carelessly, everyone could almost hear the things inside breaking.

Kaga, despite being one for world domination, still couldn't get himself to diss or yell at her. Before he could do anything else, one of his members, Horo Guramu, went over to him and whispered something.

"I suggest getting rid of her before she does more damage."

Then Horo left to go back to his business. Kaga contemplated on what he could tell Midori to do, then it hit him.

"Midori." He called out as sweetly as he could.
"Yes,Senpai?" Midori responded, clasping her hands together as if Kaga just called her beautiful.
"Would you mind going to the utilities closet to look for uh..." He forgot what of what to say. "A thingamajig."

"A thingamajig? What's that?"

Before she could ponder, Kaga started pushing her out the door, saying, "You'll know it when you find it!"
Out she goes.

Kaga sighed heavily while closing the door. He turned to his members and announced, "I know you're always ready to do Science! Let's begin!"

The clubroom went silent as everyone left. Kaga was left to his thoughts once more. Out of curiosity, he wanted to check if Midori was still in the closet, looking for God-knows-what. Surely, even she, isn't that stupid, right?

He shrugged, maybe she is that stupid.

Hopefully not.

"Midori..?" He slowly opened the door, hoping to see the green-haired twit hopping up and down or something but no...she wasn't even moving to begin with...

"Midori?!"

He hurried over to her bloodied body and lifted her head onto his lap. He examined her, she had a slit on her throat and it seems like she was losing blood from not to long ago.

She was still breathing but it was ragged. She slowly opened her mouth and tried to speak. Of course with her state, she was gurgling out blood.

"S...s...so...rry... I could...n't find...t-the thi...ngy...Senpai...I...failed...you..."

"Midori, now's not the time for this! Who did this to you?!"

"I did...n't see...who...I'm...sorry..."

With that, Midori finally closed her eyes and lost her life

"Midori?!" Kaga shook her corpse for a reaction. None.
"Do not play games with me, Gurin! Wake up!"

Again, no reaction. As if common sense went back to him, he remembered to check her pulse. There was no sign of life and it dawned on him that Midori was truly dead.
