I watched comedy central for hours, I couldn’t sleep. I mean normally I had troubles sleeping, but now I had the most beautiful girl I had ever seen laying right next to me. I couldn’t stop thinking of when I had first walked into the house. I mean Hale had talked about her but I had never seen her picture. The first think I noticed were her bright green eyes. The way they could latch on and it felt like she could see right through me. She was the tiniest thing I had ever seen and she was gorgous. I was staring at her brown and blonde curls and how they flowed around her in waves and bunches and her face looked so peaceful, as if nothing in the world could bother her at this moment. Yeah, so I was watching Casey, not comedy central, but you’d do it too.
I wanted to move a piece of hair that had fallen across her face but I was scared I would wake her and scare her. I didn’t want to have her hate me. Of course I had to do it now that I had it in my head so I slowly reached over and brushed the hair back. She didn’t even flinch. Her skin glowed a ghostly white in the glares from the television which forced me to lean close so I could hear her breathing. Even that seemed magnificently beautiful.
I turned off the television and sank into the bed kicking off the blankets a little more. I had offered to sleep on the pull out for two reasons, reason one was sleeping right next to me and two, which Connor couldn’t argue with, their guest room was tiny with a little twin sized bed made for maybe a nine year old. Normal people could fit on that bed, I would have half my legs dangling off and my arms would hang off the edges. The pull out was perfect and my feet were just shy of the edge. I stretched a little when her body spasmed making me jump. I almost let out a scream but held it in and silently laughed.
She was wrestling with all those blankets she had wrapped herself in earlier and had freed herself of a few. She tossed again and her arm pressed against mine, her heat radiating onto me. I closed my eyes and focused on the warmth, she tossed again and then was silent.
I woke to the smell of bacon and waffles, my stomach was yelling at me to get my ass in gear to eat. I was just about to sit up when I felt a weight on my chest. I opened my eyes to slits and looked to see Casey’s head on my chest with her arm wrapped around mine and her leg thrown over me. The majority of the blankets were piled high on half of her body, leaving the half that was wrapped around me free. I smirked in happiness, she looked perfect like that, I didn’t want to wake her.
My stomach made it’s second attempt to kick me into gear, obviously not used to me picking a girl over food. I was well aware if she woke up like this she’d freak out especially if she knew what dream I had just, aww shit. The beast was sticking straight up. I knew there was no way I could get’em down with her still on me, and I I was trying hard too. I slowly lifted her off me and I felt her start stretching. Fuck.
“What the.” She was still practically on top of me. She twisted around to look at me and I smiled at her weakly. “Oh my God, did I...” She looked and say she had sprawled over the whole bed.
“It’s okay, I just woke because I smelt bacon.” I told her, “Go back to bed, I’m going to the bathroom.”
That was the wrong thing to say because her eyes traveled down and her jaw fell to the ground. Shit. “Logan?” Her voice squeaked out.
“The bacon...” I muttered, she didn’t need to know about the dreams of her, and it was true, bacon did have the tendency to bring out the beast. It aroused me.
“The bacon?” She sat back smirking and staring at me. That little piece of shit had played all innocent with me last night. She was all freaked out about sleeping in a bed with a guy, now look at her. I wake up with her on me and now she’s teasing me about my hardon. Game on.”
