As i walked down the streets of New York, waiting anxiously to reach my desired destination, the Central park, i realised i forgot my gloves at my flat, a couple blocks back.

"Great" i thought. Walking down the streets, i finally reached the Central park, and approached a Hot Dog stand. "One Chicago please" i smiles to the confectioner. "Make that two" a tall raved-haired man said behind me. I met his sky-blue eyes, and he smiled.

I subconsciously blushed, taken aback how handsome the stranger was, but thank God that my cheeks were already pink from the winter.

"So Chicago, huh, favorite kind?" he asked. "Yeah, i spent a good amount of time in Chicago, since i have some family that live there" i smiled. "I have some family there too!" "But i do admit, they have pretty good hotdogs"
He chuckled.

"Ma'm your hot dog is ready" the confectioner said. "Your's too mister"
I took out a 5 from my jacket and gave it to the man. He smiled and said: "Have a good day!" i smiled and walked over to a nearby bench and sat down to eat. Soon enough, the handsome man that was also buying hotdogs, came and sat right next to me.

"So what's your name?" i asked once i finished my hotdog.

"Cole, yours?" he said with a smile which lit up his facial features.

"Lydia, but please call me Lia" i smiled. "Okay Lydia" he smirked. I chuckled. "Do you wanna go for a walk?" he asked. "Sure" i smiled.
"So where are you from?"

"I am from California" i sighed. "What brings you to New York?" "I'm attending NYU, third year" i smiled.
"I'm attending NYU aswell, third year" "How come we haven't seen eachother?" he asked. "I study english, so theres a small chance we've seen eachother" i chuckled. "I study Archeology" "That's nice" i smiled.

I kept walking amd suddenly slipped on some ice. I was waiting for the impact, but it never came. "You need to be more careful" Cole said with his arms wrapped around me. I blushed. "Yeah, im pretty clumsy, if i have to say so myself" i chuckled, and he did too.

"Let's exchange numbers so we can keep in touch, and possibly have some fun meetups like this one today" i smiled. "Sure, here put your number in" he said and handed me his phone. I typed my number in and put my contact name as "Lydiaaaa 💞".

"Really?" he chuckled. "Yeah, now you put your number in" i said and handed him my phone. He entered his contact name as "Cole Sprouts💞" i chuckled. "Text me" he said.

"Definately" i smiled and walked off home with a smile on my face.
