Chapter One:Jealousy

(A/N) Hey guys. If you also read our other story Dad Jokes it is written with me and my friend Arsenic. This story is written by just me so I hope you enjoy!

Kristofer POV

I watched from a distance as she laughed with them. Them being her family. She looks so happy. It just wasn't fair. She had everything. Everything! Friends,family,....hope....

I had nothing. My father was....is gone. I have been abandoned by all my friends, because I was sick. It's no fair. Why... I looked up to see Viktor slowly making her way towards me. Her and her sister,Skyler.

I quickly tucked away my notebook and wrapped my jacket around me. In a way I got lucky. They walked right by barely giving me even a glance.

A Week Later...

"But mom please...." I pleaded with my mother.

"I want you to get to know people it's too late. You will be ok" She countered.

I sighed and gave in. I walked into the youth room. To many people.  Ignoring all the people,my eyes to the floor,I made my way to the only person I knew there. Hunter Boykin. I stopped a few feet away. There she was. Again. Before I could walk out of the room Hunter called me over.

"Hey! Kris come here. There's a few people I want you to meet.

Viktor POV

The week before...

"...and then Dyllen asked if I wanted salt on my drink!" I finished the story sending my father into a fit of laughter. I laughed along with him. Before I could even turn my head to look around my mom said,"Let's go girls. It's a school night and you can't stay up too late." I nodded then grabbed my sister. We walked by that girl. You know, the one who always has that notebook with her. She watched as we passed. We left without a second look at her.

Present time...

I waited as the girl awkwardly made her way towards us. She seemed so nervous. She was beautiful. She had long blonde hair and(like me) wore a pair of nice pants and shirt.

"Viktor, Skyler this is Kristofer. Most of us call her Kris though. Kris this is Skyler and her little sister Viktor." I held out my hand as Hunter casually introduced us. She took my hand in hers. Her skin is soft. I quickly pushed the thought from my mind.

"Nice to meet you."The bell rang just as I pulled my hand from hers."Well that means I gotta go to my class. Bye. ",I waved as I walked away......What a nice girl.

A year later...

Ryn POV

I ran in, full of joy. Viktor was finally joining me in the 6th and up class. It was going to be all three of us! Me, Viktor, and Sky! Because their dad helped around the church they were already in the room. I, calmly, joined them on the couch. It was just us and that girl. I think her name is Kristofer......Yeah! That's it. we talked for a bit when I gave in," Let's invite Kris over here." I impatiently waited for their response.

"Sure. I don't see why not." Sky answered looking to her sister for agreement. With that I hopped up and went to invite her to join us. 

"Hi....Umm I'm Ryn. We have room on the couch if you want to join us." I held out my hand and after a few seconds she took it.
