Writing is and always will be an art. However, writing cannot entirely be taught. The only thing we are taught is how to properly write, but never anything more. Writing anything should always have a piece of you in it. Your heart should bleed onto the paper. Your emotions should be clear. Writing is just as much as a savior as much. You should never be discouraged at anything you write that gets critiqued, use it as an advantage to better you and your writing. Embrace change. Although it takes you out of familiar territory, embrace it. Change will always lead you to something good, no matter how dark any day is.

Let everything flow out onto the page. Let your heart sing. Show others what you can do, with just a simple pen and paper. Get your ideas out and onto paper. There are people listening, watching for those whose art shows who they are on the inside, who has been hidden for the fear of cruel judgement. There's always someone going to listen, even if it's just through the emotional, expressive art of writing.
