Chapter Twenty Six

ALEXI

The house was surrounded by men when we broke through the treeline. I clutched the thick fur tighter as we slowed. Slade stopped lowering his body for me to get off. Sliding to the ground, I turned around to watch as he quickly shifted into human form. He stood in front of me completely naked. Now I understood why he changed behind a tree. Slade's eyes caught mine briefly before he turned around. He reached out grabbing my wrist to pull me tightly against his back. His skin was covered in a slight sheen of sweat with his body heat well above an average human.

"Slade?"

"Shh," he said softly. "Be quiet."

The tension was thick in the air as we waited. I had no clue what happened but I could feel that whatever that howl meant, it wasn't good. I reached up, placing my palms against his back.

"There's about a dozen of them," Erik said suddenly. My body jerked in fright at his voice breaking the silence.

"They're all bloody," someone else spoke up.

We didn't have to wait any longer. Wolves broke through the trees coming to a stop a few feet from us. Erik took a step closer to me but said nothing.

"Shift." The command made my stomach turn. My eyes widened when the wolves started to shift. The cracking of bones filled the silent air. A few seconds later humans stood in place of the wolves. My eyes trailed over them, taking in the men, women and even young children and teens. They were all naked and covered in dirt, blood and bruises.

"What is your business here?"

A man stepped forward dropping to his knees. "I apologize for the unauthorized entry sire. Our pack has been attacked. We managed to escape and you were the closest to our land."

"Attacked by who?" Slade questioned him.

The man glanced behind him then back at the men in front of him. He said nothing. One of the women stepped forward also dropping to her knees.

"We don't know Alpha," she whispered. "They came from the woods on all sides. They surrounded us attacking anyone in front of them. We were lucky just to get away."

"Why didn't you call for help?"

The words spoken flew over my head. My eyes moved around before falling on the trees to our left. The men hand moved closer to us when the wolves arrived leaving the space wide open. I could feel the hair at the nape of my neck and arms rising.

"Slade," I whispered, but he didn't look at me. He didn't show any signs of responding.

Something moved but it was gone the next second. My breathing started to increase, I could feel eyes on me.

"Relax princess, it's me," Fury said softly. I heard his voice in my head. Oh God, I think I'm losing my mind.

The trees moved again but this time a man came into view. A wolf man. He looked like a man but he had the face of a wolf. His chest and arms were covered in brown thick hair and his hands were sharp claws. Dark jeans clung to his legs leaving his upper body bare. My eyes dropped to his abdomen, watching the muscles tightening as he walked towards us. Our eyes locked. 

Fury. I couldn't stop staring at him. He's the most beautiful creature I've ever seen apart from Slade's wolf. He started shifting a few feet away so when he reached us he was in his human form again. His lips twitched but he said nothing. Stopping next to us, he turned to face the intruders.

"You are welcome to stay here until you decide what you want to do. My second in command will help you settle. Please tell the omega's if you need anything."

Slade turned making my eyes snap back to his. I could only keep my eyes locked with his for a few seconds before they dropped. Heat spread up my cheeks, even with his dick flaccid I could tell it was an impressive size. Is Fury's dick just as big as Slade's? Of course it is, they're twins. But why did Slade say I'm going to have sex with Fury first?

"You need to finish packing," Slade said. "We're leaving in two hours."

I placed the shirt on top of the others before standing back. Glancing around, I made sure that all the clothes were packed then snapped the suitcase shut. I couldn't get the images of their bodies out of my mind. I had to change my panties after entering my room. Walking into my bathroom, I grabbed my toiletries and stuffed the small bag into my medium sized bag. Picking up the suitcase and the bag, I carried it out into the living room. It was empty like unexpected it to be. I tried the kitchen but found it empty as well.

I glanced at the clock. An hour and a half had already passed. Nervousness settled making my stomach turn. What's going to happen when we reach the castle? What will their people think of me? I was snapped out of my thoughts by a loud thud. My body jerked in fright, but no other loud sounds followed. Sucking in a deep breath, I turned making my way towards the sounds. It came from a room at the far end of the house. More especially it came from Fury's room. My hand hovered over the doorhandle. I bit my lips as the thuds turned into low growls and grunts. What is he doing?

Curiosity got the best of me, I grasped the handle slowly turning it. Seconds later the door swung open, I didn't expect the sight I saw. Fury leaned against the wall with his pants around his ankles. One hand was wrapped around his dick jerking himself with an impressive speed.

Another growl fell from his lips as his head dropped back. My eyes locked on his fangs then slowly trailing lower. I couldn't look away from him. My body jerked when he slammed a hand back against the wall. Claws dug into plaster creating a fist sized hole. Fury cried out, his body arching away from the wall as he exploded. I must've made a sound because he span around with wide eyes. Panic filled me when his black eyes locked on me. Without thinking, I span around running for my room.

I'm not going to lie, that was fucking hot.
