In the stillness of the night, Ji Chen was still in front of his computer playing GOYATT when suddenly an idea flashed in his mind.

'Hmm... she's really brave to show herself in front me then. I am not really sure if that's to be called bravery or stupidity though.' He murmured while giving off a sinister vibe.

Afterwards, he leaned his back on his chair in a relaxing position ignoring the entire team. He then harrumphed and chuckled, "I guess my luck is not that faulty then. My enemy sent herself to death's door on her own volition. It saves me the effort of finding her."

And just like that, Ji Chen's night ended well. Of course, he never forgets to do his ritual in sending his goddess a heartfelt message before sleeping and dozed off.

The next day, Ji Chen felt himself full of vitality and ended up waking so early in the morning. Without anything else to do, he decided to go for an early jog around the compound and be back at 6 AM.

In the midst of jogging, Ji Chen remained clear headed and his brain was working efficiently. There are times that he found himself giggling as he felt exhilarated devising the perfect scheme to exact his vengeance against that witch. His plan was so flawless that even he himself was astonished on how his pesky brain came up with that it.

He marveled at his brilliance and thought to himself that simplicity is the best tactic to counter that secretive fly or witch or what not.

He run through his entire attention to his scheme and did a simulation to make sure that there will be no mishaps when the plan is being implemented. He had also computed the margin or error for the entire process like a pro. Feeling satisfied, his face was smug and chuckled creepily to the point that the people passing by thought that there must be something wrong with him. Some even avoided him directly thinking that he was a pervert and was in the middle of thinking perverted stuff in public. Some even cast a glance of disgust but he was too preoccupied with his thoughts to mind them.

Over all, his plan is very.... Cliché like the plots of those afternoon drama his mother usually watches at home.

First, he has to pretend that he still has no idea what her real identity is. In short, pretend that the fly is a witch. Then probe on why she's in a disguise that almost him was fooled out of his wits sneakily. And finally, (the part in that makes him so exhilarated) by the time he will know the reason why she is in disguise and whom she is hiding from, he will use that information to blackmail her into complete submission. Of course, he has already thought about what he'll order her to do for him such as commanding her like a boss and do some things that are embarrassing as a payback for the scolding he got the other day.

He was still intoxicated in his thoughts when suddenly he felt a striking pain on his back and was pushed forward by the force exerted by someone behind that certain someone.

"Oi!!!" a soft voice can be heard and just by listening to it, its tone was full of energy indicating the owner's mood.

Ji Chen's perfect profile a few seconds ago crumpled and shot ice cold daggers to the offender. However, when his eyes landed on that petite and slender figure, his eyes widened.

'She's not in disguise now? How can she openly approach me in public?' he whispered. He stood there for a while and then decided to ignore her for now so that his top-secret plan will not to be leaked.

In an instant, the lively aura that he exuded earlier toned down as if it never existed seconds ago and turned frosty. He looked at her indifferently and asked, "Do I know you?" His eyes were expressionless and his voice was aloof.

'This acting should be good to drive the fly away, right?' he thought to himself while keeping his arrogant composure.

Hearing him say that he doesn't remember her, Jia Ne's brows furrowed and sighed in displeasure. She then raised her leg and kicked his knee before marching angrily away from that place and person.

'And here I thought you considered me as your nemesis, bastard...' she complained but stopped midway. A mischievous grin appeared on her face. "He-(ridiculing laugh) playing pretend now, eh? Fine, I'll play it your way. Let's see who'll go home crying," she uttered.

On the other hand, Ji Chen checked on his surroundings to make sure that the fly is gone before heaving a sigh of relief. He walked for a while and slumped on a bench near a park. It was never his intention to jog beyond their compound but because he was so immersed in that light feeling earlier while devising his plan, he arrived at a small park. Since he is already there, he should just enjoy the scenery and rest.

"Thank goodness I am so awesome and quick-witted. I drove the fly away." He felt relaxed when suddenly his eyes he remembered that he still has class later on and it was already quarter to 6. The travel time to dash from his current location to his house is about 25 minutes so it's better to get going now.

Ji Chen hurriedly ran home and prepared for school. Of course, he felt satisfied of what he had done to the fly this morning and for sure when she arrives in the classroom, she will surely be all irritated and stingy. Thinking about it, he grinned and decided to tease her more in the future. A good show is about to start and he is thrilled about it.

Little did he know that in this modern day and age, flies are now becoming smarter and no matter how much you try to drive them away, they will just continue to return and tease you instead. After all, it is a fact that whenever there are trashes, the fly will surely look for you wherever you are in the corners of the world.

Poor Ji Chen, forever bound with the pesky fly he met by accident.
