~ It all started in a day of realization.

I never lied, it was just a misunderstanding.

"Navya did all this" said Jay.

Jay had been following me since past 2 months and now continuously messaging me and calling me since past 1 week.

It all started the day I bumped into him in the school corridor. He is one year older to me. Since that day, he is kinda in love with me. I don't know what he saw in me! There are so many other beautiful girls in the school. But anyways, I was no where interested in him. Moreover, I wanted to concentrate on my studies. But this boy reached my best friend Navya. But I clearly told her that I'm not interested, earlier she agreed but she has been continuously budging me, I don't know what's up with her and then one fine day. I get a message on my phone. Later on, I figured out that it was the same guy.

All this chaos has been affecting my studies alot. I wanted all this to end soon. Therefore I confronted him and I got know is that My! My best friend is doing all this.

But! Why?

"stop lying Jay! She is my best friend, she won't ever do this"

"no nandini, believe me! She has been blackmailing me to do all this. She knows some of my dark secrets"

"but why would she do this"

"because she wants to come first in the class and you being the most intelligent student, became a hamper in her path. She wants to distract you, so that your scores are affected"

"no she can't do this" I broke down.

"she has done this nandini" he said keeping his hand on my shoulder.

"why Navya? Why did you do this?"

"Navya" I said entering into her room, remembering all those bad memories.

On finding Abeer seating on the bed. I went closer to him, hugging him as I sat beside him while he gave me the most beautiful smile ever earning a kiss from me on his cheeks.

"nandini" I looked behind on hearing my name, to see Navya standing there, drying her hair with a towel. Keeping the towel on the table, she came and settled beside me on her bed.

While I continued to play with Abeer.

"he really loves your company! haina" she said adoring us, making me smile.

"of course he does!" I said smiling at her but looking at her immediately reminded me of all that happened in past.

I don't know whether all that was true or not, I don't know her side of story. I just know that it pains. It pains to think about it and talking about it was out of reach.

"Umm! I think I should leave now" I said keeping him back on the bed, making my way towards the when her voice halted me.

"tum kuch bolne aayi thi na" she said coming close to me.

"Uhh! Nahi"

"come on nandini don't lie, not to me Atleast" she said as she dragged me and made sit on the bed.
