As Edwin's thumb grazes the top of my right hand, I sigh, anxiety running through my veins.

"You'll be fine, baby girl. We'll be fine"

I look towards him with uncertainty pacing through my eyes, the same eyes which I then roll.

"For you, maybe. Simon is gonna roast the shit out of me. I don't trust him now that he knows about us"

Edwin's eyes widen the same way mine do when I realise what I said.

"He knows?"

"Edwin's it's not a big d-"

I feel the anger radiate off of him, "Don't give me that" He snaps, "how does he know?"

I shake my head as the Elevator door opens, but as soon as I exit it, he grabs my hand, stopping me from walking any further.

"Tell me"

"He guessed. He's not 100% sure but he's pretty certain about it. I didn't tell him babe, swear"

Edwin's body loosens, his face and grip doing the same.

"I'm sorry, I got stressed for a second that's all. I don't really know why to be honest-"

"Are you guys going to come in or not?" a third voice is heard from the end of the corridor.

"You're not busy with fifth harmony this time?" I challenge.

"Funnily enough, they don't date people within their contract. However, some of us branch out don't we? Didn't you sleep with Lauren?"

"Maybe I did, but that's none of your business. Don't wanna make your shrimp dick hard now do we?"

He flinches slightly before rolling his eyes, "Hurry up, I'm on a schedule"

Edwin and I walk into the office we've both visited before on seperate occasions, sitting opposite Simon on his dramatically large desk that makes him look like a real douche.

"Well I'm assuming you both know why you're here, and I'm assuming none of us want to be, so let's hurry this up"

I lift my hand slightly, "Simon"

"What"

"On our contracts, did it say that we can't date one another in real life?"

"N-"

"No. Is there anything saying anything on this topic at all?"

"No bu-"

"So forgive me, Simon, but isn't this pointless? Nothing is stopping Edwin and I from getting in a non-platonic relationship but you. Isn't it better real anyway? Excuse my language, but what the fuck are we even wasting our breath for"

Simon rolls his eyes, "It's not me, it's my sister"

My mouth hangs agape and my eyes widen as the words leave his mouth.

"Shut up"

"Abi-"

"Why would you do this while Edwin is here?"

"It's not wha-"

I stand, beginning to pace. "It's exactly what I think! I haven't told him, you know that? I haven't told anyone because I didn't want to go against the damn contract and now she's trying to get involved in my relationship!"

I pull out the chair roughly and take a seat once again, exchanging a look with Edwin. My facial expression holds nothing but anger, whilst his holds complete confusion.
