Chapter 1: First Night

August POV

I walked outside with Trey. We sat on the porch and smoked a blunt.

"What you on today?" Trey asked me.

"I got a concert at pLace tonight." I said passing the blunt to him.

"Trell and em gone be there?"

"Yea, but I'm bout to go pick my outfit out."

I got up and dapped him. I walked to my car and got in. I started it up and went towards my house.

Raquel POV

"C'mon Rocky we gone be late!" Lea yelled up the stairs.

"Okay here I come."

I walked downstairs and grabbed my phone, purse and keys. We walked outside and I locked the door. We walked to my car and got in.

"You look cute or whatever." Lea said.

"Or whatever...but you know I had to look nice for bae." I said smiling.

"Last time I checked August was single."

"Whatever."

I pulled up to the club and parked. We got out and walked up to the line. We was walking to the back of the line when somebody grabbed my arm. I turned around and it was Mia, my other best friend.

"Y'all can come up here."

I grabbed Lea and we went in front of her.

"Why you didn't tell me you was coming?" I said looking at Mia.

"Girl I don't even suppose to be here. I left when when Vonn and Tyla was sleep." She said laughing.

Vonn is here boyfriend and Tyla is her 4 year old daughter.

"Girl you know he gone be mad." I said.

"I don't care, he need to spend more time with his daughter. He forever at the trap. I'm tired of him coming in at 2 AM and smelling like weed." she said.

"You think he cheating? You did say 2 in the morning." I said biting my lip.

"Man I don't care, I'm so done with him." She said rolling her eyes.

We stepped up and bought our wristbands. We went in and to the bar.

"What can I get you ladies?" the bartender said looking at us.

"Can I ge...." I said until Lea cut me off.

"10 shots of 100 proof." she said giving him the money.

"I'll have that right up with your change." he said walking away.

"Well damn!" I said looking at her.

The bartender came back and handed Lea the shots and her change.

"Can I get a bottle of peach Amsterdam? " I said giving him the money.

We was waiting when the DJ went to the mic.

"Welcome everybody to pLace nightclub. I would like to thank everybody for coming and August will be up in like 5 minutes." he said looking at his watch.

The girls started screaming and I turned around. He brung my bottle and change. I opened the bottle and poured it in the cup.

"I wanna make a toast." Mia said holding up her shot glass,"To having the bestest best friends ever."

We all laughed and toasted to that. I drunk my cup and refilled it.

"You tryna get drunk huh?" Lea said looking at me.

"It was only one cup." I said rolling my eyes.

She put her hands up in surrender and started talking to Mia. 5 minutes and 4 cups later, August came on.

"Thank you to everybody that came out and supported me tonight. And ATL let's turn up!" he said.

Everybody started screaming when "Kissing on my Tattoos" came on. Everybody was singing along.

45 Minutes Later

"Thank you everybody." He said leaving off stage.

"Wha..Wha..time it is?" I said slurring my words.

"1 in the morning you ready to go?" Mia said.

"I wanna take a picture with August." I said grabbing my stuff and my cup.

We walked out the club and me and Lea went to my car.

"Bye Mia!" I said yelling her.

"Bye Rocky!" She said laughing and walking to her car.

"So yo name Rocky?" somebody said behind me.

I turned around and it was August.

"My name is Raquel but people call me Rocky." I said leaning against the car.

"Rocky you drunk, how you suppose to get home after you drop me off?" She said looking at me.

"I got her, you can just take the car home." August said.

"Okay bye Rock." she got in the car and left.

August POV

"Where we going?" she said hanging on to me while we went to my car.

"My house so you can sober up." I said helping her in the car.

I shut the door and got in. I started up the car and headed towards my house. I pulled up and parked in the garage. I got her out and took her in the house. I picked her up and carried her to my room. I sat her on my bed and she started to strip. Shit I wasn't gone stop her either. She took off her panties and crawled into bed. I stripped to my boxers and went over to the dresser. I got a t-shirt out and threw it at her. I got in bed and she climbed on top of me.
