Chapter Seven

-Camden-

"Again."

I helped Gabriel up and got into my fighting stance.

"Look man, you need to take a break. I understand you're upset about Alayla. But wearing yourself and me down is no good. It's no ones fault but the fucks who shot Dim." Gabriel sat down drinking water.

I knew this already. But if I could have done something. Anything she wouldnt be in this position right now. Our coven wouldnt be depressed. We need our princess. I need my little Alayla. Dim needs his beloved.

Fuck this. I stlaked out of our practice room slamming the door open.

You're gonna wake up Alayla Calista Nyke.

I walked past Brad and Tim talking. Straight into her room. Dimitur taking care of meetings with his father.

I locked the door behind me.

Laying in the bed my mission to live. I walked up to her and pressed me forehead to hers.

"You have to wake up Alayla.  For me. I lost my way without having to protect you. You are my job. You're the little sister I just got back." My tears were falling against her face as I cradled her head in my hands.

I was sobbing now. I missed my little sister.

"You're the only girl I've talked to in years. The only girl I've had physical contact with in years. Princess. I. I need you."

I kissed her forehead and nuzzled into her neck.

A wave of calmness washed through me. Hands rubbed my back as a soft humming filled the air.

I hugged her tighter and let her sing to me.

"My warrior, you have alot to tell me. I missed you Cam. Please stop crying. Im awake now.What if Tim and Gabriel walk in?" I chuckled. 

"I locked the door." I said smugly pulling out of her neck. Her dark blue eyes meeting mine. I kissed all over her face. Making her giggle.

"Okay Cam. I missed you too. Now we will get a week of our own time together. Where is my mate? "

I sat in the chair next to her holding her hand. I will not break contact ever again. Unless Dimitur is by her.

"He is in a meeting with his dad. Which will be over in a few minutes. He should be on his way soon. They are just wrapping some things up." I brushed her hair out of her face.

"Dont you dare tell anyone I cried." I pinched her arm. "Ow! I wont you big head!" She rubbed her arm.

I smirked "Good."

I stood and unlocked the door just as Dimitur walked in.

He froze. His eyes widened at Alayla being awake.

"Baby. I-"

"Cam cried.!"

That bitch.

"Then he pinched me!"

"Hey!" I growled at her snitching on me.

"Camden, come on man, since you pinched her I might have to tell Tim and Gabriel." Dimitur smirked and walked to Alayla and kissed her lips. Turning into a make out session.

"Alright so im just gonna give yall some time alone. Have fun. Ill check up sometime today Dim...Bye shithead." I laughed my ass off at her face. Priceless.
