Yugyeom - Protective

You finally finished cleaning your home room since it was your turn this week. You headed outside and hadn't realised how dark it had gotten as you were busy cleaning with your headphones on. The ground was wet so it had also been raining, but luckily it had stopped. However, the air was fresh and chilly. You began walking out of the school gates when you bumped into someone. You looked up to find Yugyeom stood, grinning to you. "Wow~ You are finishing late. How long did it take you to clean?" He asked you cheekily.

You frowned to him, "It didn't take me that long! What about you? Why are you still here?" You asked him.
"Hm. I was around the area, I noticed the light on in one of the classrooms. I thought it was you. I remembered you had cleaning duty this week."  He said as he smiled again. You nodded and smiled to him. "Ok ok. Let me walk you home. It's late. I can't leave you knowing how dark it is." He told you, but before you could refuse, he had already took your hand and led you down the street.

"How far is your house?!"  Yugyeom said to you as you walked down the street which was barely lit up by street lamps. "Not far."  You explained to him. He held hold of your hand tightly. "Eh!? It's far! Why didn't you tell me it was this far!?"  He stopped and asked you. You smiled to him and told him that you were used to the walking distance. "But it's late! How often have you stayed late?"  He said as he stopped again and stamped his feet, bringing out his cute side. "Only a couple of times!"  He smiled at you and started walking again. If he keeps stopping, it is unlikely you will get home soon. You had been dating Yugyeom for just over half a year, your houses were in opposite directions so you had never walked home together before. Until now. "Next time you have cleaning duty, make sure you tell me. l'll walk you home again."  He told you proudly. You chuckled at him and nodded happily.

Yugyeom took his backpack off his back and put it around the front of him. He then took his hand out of your hand and walked in front of you as he bent down. "Get on."  He told you. You assured him it was fine and that you could walk the rest of the way. But there was no way Yugyeom was going to let you get out of this one. You eventually got on his back and he lifted you up. "I'm strong, right?"  He said proudly as you wrapped your arms around his neck. You laughed and rested your chin on his shoulder.
"Are you staying I'm heavy?"  You teased him. He stopped and repeatedly shook his head, panicking.
"No no no! I didn't mean it like that! Aish!" He cried out, panicking as you laughed. He sighed with relief when he realised you were joking with him as you reached your house.
