"I would of ran, if I had been able to."
"And tell me, if you don't mind, why you weren't able to run?"
The man who sat across from the therapist leaned forward, his emerald eyes looking directly at her.
"Because if I had moved one inch, I wouldn't be sitting here speaking to you."
~Previously~
It all started, at a party. With young, barely 19 year old Dominic Coroan. The music was loud, heavy bass nearly shaking the windows. Of course, it was teenagers, so the slugs of alcohol and ammped grinding were no surprise, especially not when a lot of it was because of Dominic. He was a known partier in the college he went to school at, and tonight was like any other night.
Except for one thing.
There was a man, there. He had such a capturing gaze, and a body that moved so fluidly, it instantly caught the young man's sight. Moving with almost no effort, he slipped through the crowd, and to the older man, giving him a look.
"Hey there, dancing with moves like that all alone, hm?" Dominic slurred, his gaze set in a seductive manner as he held out his hand, looking up at the older one. Despite Dominic being a massive 6'4", this man was taller than him.
The older man eyed him for a moment, before the same seductive grin settled onto his face. Taking Dominic's hand, he followed him to the middle of the party, where the music hit the best, and the beer tasted better.
"What's your name then, drunk man?""Dominic. And you?" He didn't seem phased by the comment, now half grinding against the man at the height of the song.
"Kainen. Damn, you move good." He grumbled, moving with him and grabbing his waist.
"Kainen, huh? Sounds like whoever named you had the idea of striking my heart." The younger of the two purred, leaning more against him so he was able to look up at his face. Both parties eyes were clouded with a need, for each other, for feeling, for touch.
"Maybe so. Either that," Kainen's grip on his waist tightened, and he turned him around so they were facing each other, "or my name isn't actually Kainen and I'm a serial killer who's wooing oblivious men into their death." He growled, though the mischievous glint in his gaze proved otherwise.
"I wouldn't mind the latter, just take me out to dinner first~" Dominic snarked back, flashing a sharp, gleaming smile. He was a natural charmer, as was Kainen, it seemed.
"If that's what you want. Tomorrow at 5:30." The taller of the two pulled out his phone, exchanging numbers with Dominic. "Send me your address and I'll pick you up."
"Mmm, a date then? What's next, a fling, sex on the side, and then heartbreak?" He said it in a joking manner, but the look he gave shown that he was asking the question seriously.
"Only if you want. You want to date for years, sure. First, let's go to dinner, and see if you like me for my personality, or what I carry down under." As if to prove his statement, Kainen leaned forward, pressing the two together.
"Oh trust me, what you carry's just a bonus~" Was Dominic's response, as they continued to dance together to the music. At least until the party ended, in which the two met outside for one last conversation.

"So, I've got your address, and I'll come get you at 5:30. Be ready, or I'll take you in whatever you're wearing."
"And what if I'm not wearing anything?"
A chuckle.
"Then we'll have date night at your place." Kainen winked at him, internally pleased to see the light blush feathering the other's face in the moonlight.
"Fair enough. I'll be ready, I'm always on time."
"Well let's hope so, you come early and we'll have a problem."
Dominic blushed harder, hitting his shoulder.
"Gah, shut up would you? I'll prove all these snide comments wrong one day."
"I will await that day, then. Let me know if I need to reschedule my funeral."
"Fuck you."
"Not yet."
Dominic's face couldn't get more red as he stepped into his car, starting it and waving to Kainen as he drove away to his dorm. Once he was gone, Kainen's gaze flickered, and he chuckled softly to himself as he to headed home.
