Chapter Two

It was Emma's big day! Today was her sixteenth birthday! Emma woke up and notice her best friends were gone. "Great they are going to scare me" she thought to herself. Emma glanced at her alarm clock and the red lights beamed 10:30 on it. Emma chose to get up and go downstairs. The whole house was pitch black, then Emma was trying to find a light switch. Then all the sudden...

All except Emma: "SURPRISE!!!"

Emma: "You guys didn't even scare me!"

Sarah: "Yeah right, let's take a moment and watch your face in this video!"

Sarah shows the video of Emma's face when they yelled "Surprise!"

Alex: "You have to admit we did scare you!"

Emma: "Okay, okay! But I knew it was comin.."

Makayla: "But we still scared you!"

They all started laughing.

Emma's mom: "Time for your birthday pancakes!"

Emma sat down in a wooden chair that had blue and green "Happy Birthday" balloons attached to it. Everyone started singing Happy Birthday to Emma. Then Emma blew out her candles. Emma soon finished her Chocolate Chip Pancakes.

Emma's mom: "Time to open presents!!"

Natalie: "Anything you don't want give it to me, okay?"

Emma: "Or nah? I'm pretty sure I will love everything I receive!!"

Emma started to open up her presents and she came upon a huge rectangular box covered with light blue wrapping paper like Nash's eyes. On the box there was a note that said "Happy Birthday! I love you! -Mom". Emma opened up the box quickly with help of her best friends.

Emma: "Come on!! It's a bunch of boxes!!"

Emma's mom: "Keep on opening them!!"

The girls exchanged glances at each other and began to tear open the next box. Inside the box was..

Emma: "Omg!! Mom I can't believe you got me a Magcon shirt with all the boys' pictures on the front and their names on the back!! I can wear it to school!!!"

Kayleigh: "And guess what? We all got matching ones!!"

Emma continued to open up the other boxes, which contained a sweatshirt that's "Nashty" on it, and sweatpants that say "Magcon" on it, and and a tank top that says "You gotta bæ? Or nah? Is you tryin to date? Or nah?". All the other girls got the same thing. But there laid a small rectangular box that has blue ribbon over it. Emma slowly open the box and she didn't say a word.

Sarah: "What is it?"

Emma: "It's.."

Emma soon burst into tears.

Emma: "IT'S MAGCON TICKETS!!!"

All the girls started freaking out!!

Emma's mom: "Happy Birthday sweetheart. The flight is to New Yor.."

Emma: "Why are there 7 tickets?"

Emma's mom: "About that.."

Natalie: "Because I'm coming with you!!"

Emma: "Mom no!!"

Emma's mom: "Or I can sell them to someone!"

Emma: "Fine, she can go!"

Emma's Mom: "I think you are capable of driving yourself to the airport right?"

Emma: "Yeah of course!"

Emma's mom: "I already have the hotel room checked in for you when you get there. All you have to do is tell them your name and they will give you a key. I'm giving you and Natalie some spending money."

Samantha: "I'm so siked!!!"

Emma's mom: "Your flight leaves in two days. You are going to stay at Aunt Katy's for the rest of the Summer because I have a business trip in Washington. So I would started packing!! I already cleaned all your dirty Landry."

Emma: "Thank you so much!! I love you!"

Emma's mom: "I love you too dear. Now go up stairs and start packing."

All the girls raced upstairs to start packing. Emma packed all her new Magcon tank tops, sweatshirts, etc. The other girls' parents came to pick them up. Emma practically packed her whole closet.

-Its been at least 2 hours-

Emma: "I'm done getting my clothing packed!!"

Emma said as she was walking into Natalie's bedroom.

Natalie: "I'm almost done.. I can't decide what shoes to bring.. Vans or converse?"

Emma: "Vans! Duh! All the Magcon boys wear Vans!"

Natalie: "I can't believe I get to see Hayes!! I'm officially done packing!"

Emma: "Don't get your hopes up! We still have to pack toothbrushes, hair accessories, makeup, etc.!"

Natalie: "Maybe we can go to the Mall tomorrow and buy some stuff for our trip!"

Emma: "I'll ask the girls if they want go come with as well."

~Text Message~

Emma: "Do you guys want to go to the Mall tomorrow?"

All of the girls: "Yas!!"'

Emma: "Alright, see you later!"

~End of Text Message~

Emma: "They're coming with us to the Mall tomorrow."

Natalie: "Okay, goodnight!"

Emma: "Goodnight!"

Emma and Natalie decided to go to sleep because their flight (In 2 days) leaves early in the morning (8:00 am) and they are going to completely finish packing.
