Please tell me how you feel and don't forget to vote-comment-share-and star! Hopefully this story seems to take off like my other one did.But chances are that you're here from that story anyways! Love yall :)

Nursing wasn't what I had always aspired to do. For years when I was younger I was in love with animals and believed with everything in me that I would be a marine biologist.I even had this crazy notion that moving to Australia would be the best thing for me when I came of age.Unfortunately by the time I entered high school and joined a vocational school connected to my high school, I found a love for helping people. Now I may not have been the most social in my class but I sure was the most dedicated and focused all four years.

Helping people seemed to give me this rush of enjoyment and knowing that I could stand between someones life and their death only pushed me more to follow my dream.Nursing school was anything but a breeze but I made decent friends and studied as hard as humanly possible in order to make sure I could truly care for anyone that came through a hospital door looking for help.

Two and half years working in a hospital and I found myself bored of the same stories and work pilling through the door. And that's how I found myself in my current situation, Doctors Without Borders. The first year was rather hard being away from my family for so long but I eventually met two great friends that have been traveling with me since.Every so often when we had breaks from traveling from country to country we would take small jobs on the side checking on patients in their homes or in hospitals. The three of us had honestly gained a little bit of a reputation and knew when we managed to come back home we would be swamped with requests from companies.Luckily our good friend Aaron handled those for us and put us where we needed to be most.

"Liv are you done day dreaming over there",Emma called snapping me out of my thoughts.I jerked my head in her direction seeing her tangled up in several cords of monitors and equipment. The look in her eyes was just pleading for me to help.Laughing lowly I made my towards her from the window and pulled her free of the mess.

"Thanks so much babe",She beamed blowing me a kiss.

"So what exactly were you concentrating so hard on?", Emma asked placing her hands on her hips.

"Nothing too important, just life I guess. Where'd Amy go again", I said hoping to change to conversation.

"Oh she went to Aaron's' office to see about any new job offers since we're taking more time than usual off.Hopefully we find something interesting",She answered, taking the bait.

I nodded my head at her before answering,"Are they both coming back here so we can all see it?Cause last time either one of them picked something without us we ended up elbow deep in puss and old women ,"I cringed at the memory praying that there wouldn't be a repeat of last time.

"I made it very clear that we all were to decide what we would be doing.Don't worry about that Liv".She looked at me and pulled a gross face as the memory crossed her mind too.We giggled at our reactions before heading off to the kitchen to grab a late lunch. One we missed because I forgot to set an alarm after getting back home from Europe yesterday.

By the way some of this first part is based off my life and some of the things I'm currently doing and want to do.I actually did want to be a marine biologist and eventually switched to nursing from a vocational school.I am a certified nursing assistant and started nursing school about a week ago.I do want to eventually attempt Doctors Without Borders but we'll see! I actually want to be a midwife instead of working in a hospital :)
