With RWBY Volume 6 now out, I decided it's about time to bring this story to a close...
So, after fifty-thousand fucking years, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the final two chapters of "Sometimes Cowards Do Survive..."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The whole time I was running back to the city, my Scroll was blowing up with texts from Siad and Molly, practically BEGGING me to come back.
Little did they know, that I was already on my way.
I once again used the Soul Stone to speed up my running speed, allowing me to reach the city walls in a matter of minutes.
However, as I was traveling there was one text that caught my eye.
Siad: David we did some research and found out about the deal between Ozpin and Ironwood. Look.
There was a video attached to the text.
I hit the "play" button with my finger.
The "video" was audio only.
"Qrow was right, the Grimm situation is getting worse, and considering what I've seen, he's our best bet." I heard Ironwood say.
"Yes, which is exactly why we shouldn't try to take it from him. David is dangerous, despite his moderately cheery demeanor." Ozpin said.
"'Cheery'? He isn't cheery! I've seen that man's eyes, and he's two seconds away from snapping." Ironwood said.
"He isn't that bad, he's just far from home. He's from a different dimension and he needs help." Ozpin said.
"If we can harness those rocks and use them for weapons against the Grimm, then we need to do it!" Ironwood shouted.
"If he gets wind of this, he will kill us." Ozpin said.
"I'd like to see him try." Ironwood said in a dark voice.
"He might be our only hope." Ozpin said.
"Can you get me the glove, yes or no?" Ironwood asked.
"I might be able too, but it won't be easy. David is very perceptive, and I believe one of the stones he possesses constantly feeds him information." Ozpin said.
"Even then, he doesn't seem that smart." Ironwood said.
"And what if you're wrong?" Ozpin asked.
The video ended right there.
So Ozpin wasn't for trying to arrest me...
Honestly I should've known better...
Either way, no matter what they might've done or tried to do, they're still my friends, and I'm going to save them...
I'm going to be the best gangsta they've ever seen...
I continued to run at a million miles per hour, while trying to text Siad back at the same time.
Yeah, don't do that one kids...
I ended up running into a tree, which slowed my momentum to a grinding halt.
I flipped over several times before landing flat on the ground.
I rapidly stood back up, brushed myself off, and spit out any dirt I had in my mouth.
"So you're telling me I can take a fuckin' bullet but I can't just go through a tree?" I asked to no one in particular.
