"Sam?" Dean called walking downstairs. "Sam!" Dean called out. He walked through the kitchen, through the library, he even peeked into his room. Sam just wasn't anywhere. But Dean hadn't heard him leave. Maybe Sam left while he was still sleeping. He flipped open his phone and called him. It rang for about two seconds and then Sam picked up.
"Hey Dean!" Sam practically had to scream for Dean to hear him.
"Where the hell are you? Are you at a country concert?" Dean asked internally gagging.
"Yeah! It's pretty awesome. And you'll never believe who's with me." Sam yelled.
"You dragged someone to a country concert? What the hell is wrong with you?" Dean asked genuinely concerned.
"What? If you said Cas then you're right!" Sam said not 100% sure what Dean just said.
"Cas is there?! Is he staying with us?" Dean hadn't seen Cas in a while, so it'd be nice to have him around.
"Yeah. He's taking the spare bed in my room." Sam said with an obvious smile on his face.
"Okay, See you soon. And use protection." Dean grinned, hearing Sam groan.
"Screw you, Dean." Dean smirked as he flipped his phone closed and walked into the kitchen.

Several hours later, the door to the bunker opened. Dean was sitting on the couch watching T.V with a beer in hand. Dean started towards the stairs when he heard scuffling and panting. Dean looked up the staircase curiosity overcoming him. Sam had Cas pinned against the wall and was kissing him feverishly. Sam ripped open Cas's shirt, and pressed a sloppy kiss to the inside of his neck as Sam's hands traveled into his pants.
Dean cleared his throat and folded his arms as both men turned around. They looked completely wasted. Sam's hair was incredibly disheveled, his shirt was undone and slipping off his shoulder. His pants were also undone, and he was visibly... happy. Cas was even worse. He was shirtless, and his hair was sticking up in all directions. His neck was covered in bruises, and gleaming with Sam's saliva. His lips were slightly swollen, and lust clouded his eyes.
His pants were hanging low on his hips, revealing the top of his v. Dean's words were snatched from his mouth at the sight of his friend. "Oh hey, Dean. W-we didn't think you'd be um, awake. At this hour." Sam said as he awkwardly rubbed his neck. A deep, red, blush coating the tips of his ears and his cheeks.
"I guess you're too drunk to remember but I'm your brother. It's my job to make sure you get home safely. I'm not going to sleep unless I know you're alive." Dean said slightly pissed. His eyes traveled from Sam's face to Cas's. "How's it goin' Cas? Nice to see you again. I bet you had fun." Dean said rudely as he smiled a fake smile and turned away from the boys. "Now put some fucking clothing on and go to SLEEP." Dean put emphasis on the word 'sleep' as he sat back down grabbing his beer.
Sam grabbed Cas's hand and whispered something to him causing the shorter man to bite his lip. "I mean it. If I hear anything, I'm kicking both of your asses." Dean shouted. Sam gave Dean a bitchface and mouthed a, 'Really?' to Dean. He pulled Cas into his room and slammed the door. Dean sighed and turned his attention to the T.V. and his beer.
A small while later, he felt his eyelids getting heavy and looked over to the clock. It read 1:37. Dean sighed and got up, leaving the T.V on and his beer on the table. He walked into his room pulling his shirt off, not bothering to turn the light on and collapsed onto his bed. He fell asleep a few minutes later.

Dean woke up to creaking, loud moans, and cussing coming from the wall behind his bed. "Awesome. Just fucking awesome." He murmured. He didn't want to lay there, but what else could he do. He hoped they would stop if he waited, but no. In fact in got worse, much worse. Dean could make out the exact words Cas was screaming. Every time Dean blinked he imagined Cas pinned to the bed, screaming for more, crying in ecstasy. Dean could feel himself getting nauseous as Sam apparently reached his climax. But they didn't stop.
"God dammit," Dean mumbled to himself as he looked down at his crotch. "Great." Dean let his head fall back to his pillow as the screams from the other side of the wall filled his ears. Dean was hard, Dean was hungry, and Dean was fucking tired. "GUYS. SHUT THE HELL UP!" Dean yelled as loud as he could. A soft 'sorry.' made it's way through the thin wall separating the two rooms.
"it's your fault, you were screaming so damn loud." Dean heard Sam scold Cas.
"Do not put this on me, you were the one who decided, 'let's fuck while Dean's in the next room!' this was not my idea." Cas said sassily.
"Well you agreed to it! And you were the one screaming. Although, I can't really put that on you. I know my di-"
"I SWEAR TO GOD. YOU TWO ARE NEVER SLEEPING IN THE SAME ROOM AGAIN." Dean shouted to silence the argument in the other room. It worked.
Dean turned onto his side and closed his eyes trying to get his mind of pre-orgasm Cas. He was incredibly unsuccessful. He focused that one time when he walked in on Lisa's mom in the shower. That did the trick. His breathing slowed and he fell asleep, silence filling the bunker.
