"KEITH!" Came Ash's cry from above. When she had eventually woken up, and saw that the castle bridge was empty, she had managed to sneak away to her craft. After flying aimlessly, not knowing what to do, she had suddenly found herself at a low-gravity area, and followed the footprints to find Keith and Shiro battling.

Keith had been thrown onto a section of the broken area, Shiro having suddenly unlocked a laser that shot out of his robotic arm. Keith, having heard Ash, looked up to see her there, the bandage still wrapped around her face and shoulder.

Shiro dropped down to Keith, and threw him to another area. Ash leaped over the banister, and glided down toward's Keith with ease due to the low-gravity. She landed a few feet away from him, and sprinted over to him, sliding onto her knees when she got closer. She took Keith's head into her hands, his eyes carefully scanning her. He brought up one of his gloved hands to cup her face, and traced her bandage carefully with his thumb.

"You're injured..." he whispered. Ash nodded, tears spilling from her face. She leaned into his touch, her hands waivering slightly to hold onto his torso, cradling him.

"But you're more important right now," came her breathy reply. She heard footsteps behind her, but refused to look, only cuddling Keith closer to her body.

"What a touching reunion," came Shiro's sneer. Ash continued to refuse to look at him, her tears falling off of her cheek and landing delicately on Keith's armor.

"I should've left you on that road where I found you," he growled. Ash finally whipped her head towards him.

Shiro's Perspective

Ash whipped her head around to me, and my vision was suddenly slowed. Her newfound red hair seemed to float in the air as her head slowly turned, my gaze widening. Her wolf ears were flattened against her head, fear striking her gaze. Her tail was curled around herself protectively.

My sister... came the thought to my mind. I shoved the thought out of the way as I continued to make my way over to her.

Normal Perspective

Shiro quickly grabbed Ash's blade out of her hand, giving her no time to react. His bayard shifted shape into a matching samurai, giving him a high advantage. Shiro brought his hands together over his head, and Ash braced herself, preparing to the blow.

But nothing came. Ash only heard the clank of metal. She looked up to see the two blades connected with Keith's, as the fought for power over her head. Ash desperately looked around for something to use, until she saw the control panel. She crawled over to it quickly, and ripped the cover off.

Ash hurriedly returned to the battle, bashing Shiro against the head with the metal piece. He fell back, but stood up almost immediately to both Keith and Ash's surprise. He came rushing over, and had both Ash and Keith pinned against the the floor of the strange "planet."

"Shiro... please," Keith pleaded, struggling to hold against Shiro. Ash couldn't make eye contact with Shiro, for her makeshift shield was covering her face.

"You're my brother... I love you," Ash choked. She felt the pressure on the other side of the metal cover waiver for a moment, but the pressure soon reapplied, stronger than ever. Ash kept her gaze on Keith as Shiro pushed closer and closer.

Shiro finally noticed Ash's legs weren't covered by her shield. He moved his burning blade down to her leg. Feeling what he was about to do, she outstretched her leg and caught Shiro's torso with her foot, but it wouldn't last for long.

Ash heard a cry of pain from Keith, as the pressure was suddenly released off of her. She watched as the black bayard was suddenly transferred over to Keith, as he used it to slice off Shiro's robot arm. She watched in horror as Shiro fell to the ground in pain.
