Phoenix (a Jacob Black and Jasper Hale love story)

Chapter one: traning and the new girl

(Takes place in Eclipse)
The Cullen's, Bells, the wolf pack, and the reservation elders were all in the clearing where they declared it to be neutral ground.
"You didn't tell us about the new student!" Edward hissed. Alice shrugged sadly.
"She's not human. She's a Phoenix." Carlisle said.
"What the hell is a Phoenix?" Rosalie asked.
"And elemental spirit. They can control the elements and have a few other special abilities. They were massacred 1,000 years ago by cold ones called the Romanian's. They are not dangerous unless provoked or someone they care about is hurt and/ or in self-defense." Billy stated making the wolf pack stare at him in confusion.
"You never told the tribe that." Sam stated. Billy and the other elders sighed.
"If she really is a Phoenix, then we all better hope Stefan and Vladimir don't get wind of a Phoenix being alive." Carlisle stated concerned. Suddenly they heard sarcastic clapping from the tree above them. They all looked up and were surprised to see the new girl up in the tree standing in a branch leaning on the trunk leisurely.
"Even if they did find out I was still alive they would be killed for even thinking about killing me. The Volturi gave me under their protection." She stated. Bella glared at her, because no one was paying attention to her. Alicia smirked.
"Can we please focus. I have a blood thirsty new born army after me. Why worry about this Phoenix or whatever she is!" Bella yelled. Alicia threw her head black and laughed bitterly.
"That's why I'm here. Some of the newborns might have elemental powers. Well that and I'm in hiding due to the fact that I'm and ex-FBI agent. People are trying to kill me because I put some of their bodies in prison, which was with my team. Unfortunately, I'm the last remaining member of it because they were massacred/ slaughtered on a case gone wrong. The only reason I'm alive is because the Volturi found out what I was and made Jane and Alec pull me out before we even got to the crime scene and the ironic thing is my team just let them do it. I've never forgiven myself for it, but that's a thought for another day. Let's get started shall we." Alicia stated. Bella glared at her. Jasper tried to use his power to diffuse the situation which worked thankfully, Bella looked ready to spit fire if that is even possible.
"On that note let's continue. First thing first: never go for the obvious kill, they will be expecting that. With they being newborn vampires. Second thing: never turn your back on your enemy. And third: never let them get their arms around you, you will die. Newborns are stronger and faster due to the fact that their human blood still remains in their veins. That doesn't go away until their first year of being a vampire is up. As Alicia said some vampires or cold ones have special abilities. For example: Edward can read minds, Alice can see the future which is always changing, and I can feel and manipulate emotions. And some may be able to control certain elements. Amy thing to add?" Jasper stated in his major tone looking up at Alicia. She debated then finally opened her mouth and spoke.
"If any of the newborns do have element powers it's best if you let me handle it, especially if your a Cullen or a Hale. Some newborns may be able to control... fire. So it wouldn't be safe to try to take them out. It would be extremely dangerous for all of you. That includes the wolves to." She then made eye-contact with each and everyone of them. When her eyes met Jacob's, he saw his life flash before his eyes with her in it. Then getting married, having children, going to prom, stuff like that. He had imprinted. "Shit. You imprinted in me. Oh dear heavens." Alicia murmured. Jacob blushed. Bella again rolled her eyes in jealousy.
"Let's practice some. Emmet go, and don't hold back." Jasper said getting into position. Emmet smirked.
"Not I'm my nature." He said and than attacked.

Alicia just observed them from the trees and smirked every time they all failed. Bella kept burning holes in the side of her head. Alicia was quite frankly getting tired of it. 'Hmm, decisions decisions. Should I eat out or eat at home.' Alicia mused.
"Alicia!" Jasper called. She jerked out of her musings when she heard her name being called. She looked down at Jasper and cocked her head sideways.
"Yes?" She questioned.
"Why don't you train with me. So we can see how well you do when it comes to combat." Jasper said. Alicia looked at him incredulously.
"I doubt she can defend herself." Bella said smugly, and made sure it was loud enough for Alicia to hear. Alicia rolled her eyes.
"You do realize that I'm and ex- FBI agent. Right?" She questioned. Jasper nodded, but gestured to the ground 10 feet away from him. Alicia huffed and changed into her Phoenix form.
