Finding The Light

Hello Everybody:) This is my second Wattpad story, so any commets/votes I would be very grateful for. This is kind of a sequel to "The Darkness Within" so if you're a bit confuzed, you should read that first:) Thanks!

I am normal, I promise.

They just think I'm insane.

That's why they put me here.

Alone.

But really I'm never alone.

They're in the walls. They scream. They cry. They call my name, the beg me for relif, they remind me that it's my fault. I wasn't there to save them.

It's my fault.

They're here again, watching me, checking my progress. They converse in hushed whispers. I know they fear me. I just stare at them with my, cold, empty eyes. They were never the same since...

I let out a piercing scream.

The walls echo me.

It's agony to remember.

I clutch my head, begging the demons inside it to leave me be, but they don't. They whisper cruel words, they kill me from the inside out.

All I know is pain.

Sometimes, I'm completely normal, like I used to be. I'd make conversation to the doctors, and they'd scribble happily on their clip boards.

Sometimes I'll not know who I am, why I'm here. I'll bang on the walls, desperatly searching in vein for a way out.

Sometimes I'm trapped inside my own head, with the demons and the memories.

I need something to help me.

I need it.

The happiness I once had.

I need the light

It's there, it's inside me. I know it.

It's there.
