twenty-five | am I ready?

This might make me go out of business, how can I make partnerships to other people or companies. They probably think I'm still young, meaning that I was not serious with my work or I was playing around.

I went to my hotel room and received a call from Jungkook.

"Ji su. Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Did you see the articles?"

"I did. Is everything alright?"

"These things happened all the time to idols. I'm apologize for dragging you into this."

"No it's alright."

"My company is trying to figure out how to fix this. I'm sorry about this."

"Why?"

"I'm opening up a café branch here in Seoul but with this in the way there's no way people would come to this place. Our target were from ages 12 to 27. There's not a doubt that half of these people are fans of yours."

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"Wait, I'll call you back." He ends the call.

I received a call from Jungkook again after a few minutes.

"Ji su...."

"Yes."

"Can you come to the Square Entertainment Building tomorrow?"

"Why?"

"My boss wants to have a meeting with you. They'll pick you up so they won't suspect anything."

"Okay..."

"I'm sorry, I'll see you tomorrow. Bye."

"Bye."

I was picked up by the company's black van at the parking lot of the hotel. I didn't know what Jungkook's boss wanted to talk about. I have this feeling that it doesn't end well.

I enter a conference room, one of the employees offers me to take a seat. Waiting in the conference room made me feel nervous. I am just baffled at the moment.

A group of people enter the room along with Jungkook. "Good morning, I am Bang Si Hyuk, the CEO of Square Entertainment."

"I know that it will be the grand opening of your business here in Seoul. We've talked about what are we going to do in this situation. We-"

A man who clearly is his employee comes up to him and whispers in his ear. "Show me." He rubs his temple.

The TV switches on, pictures of me and Jungkook were flashed on the screen.

"The two were seen together at Incheon airport with her family. It seems like it was a time that the two met up from their trips. Both were seen together again at Moonshot Cosmetics Building." I felt a lump on my throat, I tried my best not taking my eyes of the screen.

"Netizens are mostly positive about this news. People have now realized that they might be a great couple and a perfect match for Korea's Angel. I am Kang Eujin, back to you Do Song." The screen went black, I take a deep breath in. I was really expecting backlash about this.

"If you don't mind Miss Kim we'll have a brief meeting and we'll call you back in." I agreed and left the room and walked to the waiting area.

My heart was beating so fast, is this alright for my business?

"Miss Kim Ji su they're ready for you."

I walk back inside, at the side of my eye I could see Jungkook hiding his smile on his face.

"Miss Kim Ji su, since this might be a great impact in both of your careers. We are not rushing you into this decision. We would like you to continue dating Jungkook."

I wasn't dating Jungkook in the first place? I sat there in silence, I felt my stomach twist.

"We'll give you some time to thunk about it."

"I would like that, just give me 1 to 2 days atleast." I kept a blank face, I didn't want to rush into things like this.
