Kittens??

I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off. I sat up and threw my alarm clock at a wall. My parents walked in just as I laid back down. "Now come on y/n you need to get up. You don't want to sleep all day do you."

I looked out from under the blankets to see my mom. "Come on sweety. Breakfast will be ready soon." she walked out and dad tried to take my blanket. He earned a harsh glare and a tackle. "Good you got up now get dressed."

"I don't want to have to drag you to breakfast but I will if I have too." I got up and stretched my back popped and I sighed. Today is going to suck. This is the last day I get to see my parents. and they have to leave early. Oh well, what can I do about it?

I looked out my window. "It's going to rain today. I better grab my hoodie." i walked downstairs. "Morning sleeping beauty. Pancakes are almost done." I sat across from dad. He was reading the news.

"It's going to rain today mom. If you go out take an umbrella." she nodded. "Thanks for the heads up I will." dad looked at me. "I see you're still as accurate as ever with your weather conditions." he folded up his paper and set it down.

"I still don't know how you can tell just by looking at the sky." to tell the truth it isn't just the sky I can read. It is everything. From the purist person to the vilest one as well. But I wouldn't tell them that. They were not as pure as the others.

No matter how hard they try. I am seventeen but I look like I am five. I guess I need to do some growing. I have a mark on the back of my neck shaped like a heart. I can shift, walk up walls, I have perfect aim and a great talent for music.

I have the best balance and I can remember everything, I heal fast, I am also immortal, my hair changes color when I want it too. There are some other things but I won't get into these right now. Mom set my breakfast in front of me. I smiled and dug in.

it was so good. When I finished I put my plate in the sink and rinsed it off. I grabbed my bag and headed out for a walk. I liked to walk thru the woods it always calmed me down. It was always peaceful. As I was walking I saw a box. It was in the middle of the forest.

'Strange place for a box.' i heard a meow. I walked over to it. There was a note on top of the box. "Dear person, If you are reading this that means you, unfortunately, found the box. What is inside is now your problem. Deal with them as you please. Good luck."

I was confused by the note. 'Hm well let's see what is inside.' I opened the box and seen... "kittens?" I looked them over they looked adorable. There were ten kittens. I picked up a grey one. Its hair covered its eyes. I went into cuteness overload. "Aww your so cute."

It looked like it was laughing. I put the cat back in the box and I picked the box up. "I'm taking you with me. I will have to get you all collars and name you." Three of the cats have green eyes, one had red and the other gold and there was a brown eyed one.

One of the cats had purple eyes. There was also two blue-eyed cats. I looked at one of them it was a red-furred cat. "I think your name will be Grell. It sounds about right." One of the cats looked at me and let out a small meow.

I looked at it and put my finger up to my lips telling it to hush. Surprisingly it actually did. I walked to the cafeteria and got my normal food. I left the cafeteria and made my way to the music room.

I ate on my way there. I had gotten extra milk for the cats. And two bowls. I filled each with milk and set them in the box. My friends came into the room and we started to talk. We had started a band and I was trying to figure out what song I wanted to sing.

The school fair was coming up and we were asked to play. I thought about it. "I got it let's do Cirque Des la Rue." They both nodded. I walked up and grabbed the microphone. They started the intro. they nodded and we started.

When we finished I looked over to see the cats were all looking at me. I have to admit that it was a little disturbing. My friends and I agreed that we were singing that song. It was fun and made the most sense.

I opened my umbrella and started to walk home when a girl came up to me. "Hey y/n. I was wondering if you were going to the convention this weekend. I looked at her.

"Of course i am. Why wouldn't I go?" she nodded. "Well i guess i should have seen that coming. Who are you going as?" i looked at her. "It's a secret. I'm not going to tell you. You will have to go to find out." she sighed in defeat and left.

I giggled. "Man i can't wait for the convention. This is going to be so fun." i got home and noticed my parents were gone. There was a note on the fridge telling me that they left for their job. They were going to paris for year.

They would send me money every week for food and other things. I looked at the kittens."but i wanted to show them what i found." i sighed and put the note in my pocket. "Oh well i guess it will be a surprise for them."
