New Girl

~Carl's POV~

I walked out of my house, my dad had just gotten back from a run with Daryl, Glenn and a girl i've never seen before. I saw them talking to her probably asking her those questions he asks everyone who joins the group. She looked around my age a very skinny girl with an extremely pale face (im describing my oc) she was pretty short with a flannel shirt and a black long-sleeved shirt under it. She had freckles and sparkling icy blue eyes like mine. Her raven thigh length hair slightly blowing in the wind. She had about 5 throwing knives strapped to her belt. They started walking over to me her following close behind them hands folded behind her back.

"Hey carl this is Anika she will be sharing a room with you if it's okay we don't have anywhere else to put her." My dad said "yeah its alright dad." I crossed my arms and looked at my dad as he walked away. "hey I'm carl."

~Anika's POV~

"hey I'm Carl" he said to me sticking out his hand for me to shake and I took it "Anika." he let go of my hand. "Anika!!" Glenn called for me "I gotta go I'll be right back" "Alright bye" "Bye" I walked over to glenn "Yeah?" "I want you to meet Judith" he said holding up a baby. "aww cute!" she made little bubbles with her spit. "wanna hold her?" "Nah I'll probably drop her" "Aww cmon." "Fine" you said picking up the baby known as Judith. You held her for about 5 minuets before panicking and giving her back. "sorry I panicked" "Its fine I panicked the first time I held a baby too" glenn said "I wouldn't be surprised if the mother was panicking too I would have thought you would have dropped it alright i'm going to go meet some people I don't want to be so shy anymore." "alright talk to ya later bye Anika." "Bye Glenn." I started to walk over to a blonde woman "Hi I'm Anika" "Beth." she said looking down at me. "So your the new girl?." "Yes I am. Glenn is my brother but I took more after my mom so I look almost nothing like him." "Oh okay." "well it was nice meeting you and I just want to tell you that there is another girl your age her name is Enid so if you need a friend that isn't an adult or carl you can go to her." "oh okay thank you for telling me I'll go find her." "Okay bye Anika" "Bye." I said as I walked away to find Enid Beth had given me a description of what she looked like she had brown long hair and was wearing a pink-ish jacket. I found her around a small house talking to a boy around carl's age. "Hi I'm Anika" "I'm Enid Thats Ron" she said pointing to the other boy. "Hey." Ron said "Hi." you smiled back at him.

Long time skip of 3 weeks cause Author is lazy

Anika's POV

I looked around my shared room with Carl. My eyes landed on my Polaroid camera I grabbed it off my nightstand. It wasn't in horrible condition but it had a crack on the screen. So it wasn't that bad right? No its still bad? Okay then. I put it back and went to my bag and pulled out my jar of raw pasta 'I should probably give this to them since they have a gas stove and water' I took it to Rick who was downstairs relaxing because he just got done with his shifts for the day. "Here I've had this and I didn't know what to do with it." I gave him the jar of pasta. "Thank you Anika this will provide us for maybe a week." "Your welcome." I said as I started to walk out the door "Bye" "Good bye" I walked to glenn's house and knocked on the door. His wife answered the door "Hi Anika." "Hey." "what'cha need?" "Just came to talk to glenn" "okay c'mon in." 

2 hours later cuz author-chan lazy

"bye glenn." "bye Anika" you left their house carrying a plate of cookies that Maggie made back for carl. Once I got back I called for carl "Carl!" "Yeah?" "here this is for you Maggie made them" "Thanks Anika" "No problem." you went up to your room and took out (Book of your choice) and read it until you went to sleep. Carl walked in while you were about to go to sleep. "Night carl" "Night" he walked over to his dresser and grabbed something and left , you fell asleep soon after. 

The next morning

I walked down the stairs and into the living room carl came down soon after. "Hey Anika?" "Yeah?" "Can you come here?" "Yeah whatcha need?" you walked over to you "this." he kissed you. you blushed and kissed back. "Am I interrupting?" rick walked in "N-NO!" "okay?" he walked away. "So will you be my girlfriend?" "yes carl I will." "I love you Anika." "I love you too"
