10. The Sailor Guardians and Princess Serenity - To the Rescue

After making sure Sakura was well and fully awake, she and the Sailor Guardians ran around the hallways of the Black Moon Clan's domain. Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Mars were in front while Sailor Mercury and Sailor Venus were in the back with Sakura, guarding her on both her left and her right.

"Back at the palace while you were consoling Chibiusa at Neo - Queen Serenity's tomb, King Endymion explained to us that Usagi was just Sailor Moon, not Princess Serenity. You are." Sailor Mercury explained.

"How can you be so sure?" Sakura asked as they took at sharp right.

"Well for starters, Chibiusa does look like you." Sailor Venus pointed out. "Exactly like you. Secondly, I have seen the royal mark of the Royal Moon Kingdom and have even had it on myself as a disguise and that my dear is the real deal on your head."

"Then why did Usagi have one?" Sailor Mercury asked.

"I don't know, but we'll have to see if she still has it." Sailor Venus stated as they took a sharp left. "If she does, then we'll ask King Endymion or Luna or Artemis about it."

Sakura felt light-headed as all this information came at her at once. She winced in pain then suddenly stopped, causing the others to stopped a few inches ahead of her.

"Princess! What's wrong?!" Sailor Mars shouted in concern.

"Where is she?" Sakura asked. "Where is Usagi?!"

"I have a feeling that she's here as well now." Sailor Venus sighed. "I guess the Silver Crystal has been trying to get back to you hence why we all transformed back in our time without our command, including you. I guess it did it again, showing your true form." Sailor Venus deducted.

"Meaning she has the Silver Crystal." Sailor Mars sighed sadly.

"Sailor Mercury and Sailor Jupiter. You get Princess Serenity out of here while Sailor Mars and I got and rescue Sailor Moon and the Silver Crystal." Sailor Venus ordered, making the others nodded their head.

"No. We will not spilt up." Sakura said. "I know protecting the Silver Crystal and myself is your duty, but I will not be a helpless princess especially when my sister is in danger." Sakura stated and threw her arm out, a white and golden rod materializing in her hand. "We will get Sailor Moon and the Silver Crystal as a team and returned to Neo - Tokyo to create a plan with King Endymion and Tuxedo Mask to bring down the Black Moon Clan once and for all."

The sailor guardians looked at each other and then at their princess, smiling and kneeled. "Yes, Princess Serenity."

Sakura smiled and the sailor guardians stood, running throughout the domain with their princess behind them as they all regained a memory.

Metal clashed as the final test ensued. Three guardians sat to the side watching as their leader, Sailor Venus, sparred with a pink, twin-tailed teen wielding a rod.

"She's extremely good." Sailor Mercury analyzed. "She's calculating all of Sailor Venus' attacks. Her speed is amazing, along with her endurance."

"She's extremely qualified to be the Sailor Guardian of the moon." Sailor Jupiter concluded. "Maybe even replace Venus as our leader."

Sailor Venus growled and turned to the side, looking at them. "I heard that! AGH!" She cried, being followed with the laugh of her opponent.

"I thought you took your own advice, Venus." Her opponent taunted. "Don't take your eyes off your opponent and don't let your guard down." She smirked before attacking once more.

"She is a hands down candidate for being a Sailor Guardian, but..." Sailor Mars stated, causing the other two guardians to look at her. "I see her being a Queen."

"You are right, Mars." Sailor Mercury agreed. "She does also have those qualities and actually know all the protocols of being a queen."

Sailor Jupiter sighed. "Poor girl. She would be fantastic with any role she chooses, but I don't think the people would agree with us."

Sailor Mars growled and balled her hands into a fist as Sailor Mercury looked at Venus' opponent sadly.
"I hate them." Sailor Mars stated. "I hate how people don't even give her a chance just because of her appearance."

"I know." Sailor Mercury said. "Because of them, she's going to choose to be one of us, hiding her royal abilities from everyone."

"Yet leaving us and others into destruction if led by Princess Serena." Sailor Mars gloomed, causing Jupiter to sigh.

"That's so mean to say, Mars!" A high pitch voice stated, causing the three guardians to turn around, seeing a female.

She had pale skin as a royal trait of the Moon Kingdom along with her bright blue eyes. She had floor length blonde, twin tails with bangs that perfectly framed the royal birth mark of the Moon Kingdom. A yellow crescent moon.

"Sorry, Princess Serena." Sailor Mercury apologized, causing the princess to giggle.

"How many times have I told you to just call me Serena." Princess Serena stated, causing Sailor Mercury to blush. "Besides, Mars is right. I'm in no position to be a ruler. I don't know anything about the kingdom and the royal duties bore me. I rather my sister become queen. Besides, she does hold the royal name after all." The sailor guardians smiled at Princess Serena at the rare moments of her being mature. "OH look! Big sis won!" Princess Serena cheered, causing the sailors guardians to turn their head quickly and their jaws dropped.

Sailor Venus sat infront of her opponent panting and sweating with the rod pointed at her chest. "You win, Princess Serenity."

Princess Serenity smiled and helped Sailor Venus up before turning to look at the others. She also had the pale skin and the twin tails, though her twin tails were pink, and she also bore the royal yellow crescent moon. Her eyes, though, were ruby red instead of blue.

As they ran, they smiled at the fond memory. 'Don't worry Usagi. We are coming to save you!'
