As mentioned in the description, I will be accepting your OC's to add into this story. I have an example form with Raven's description below the form that shows the options. If I've added a cat of my own creation into a position you want (i.e. Leader of a clan or a clan's Medicine Cat) don't hesitate to still ask for those positions as Starclan may just cause something  to happen to that cat >.> Don't forget to look at the Allegiances page before you submit your OC, because next to each cat will be the owners name ^.^ Also! (I know I'm beginning to ramble XD) I am ALWAYS happy to find ways to include your OC's. Another thing...You may have more than one OC! The limit is currently THREE OC's per person. NOTE: NEW CATS CAN STILL BE ADDED BUT THEY WILL NOT APPEAR IN THIS BOOK AS IT IS FINISHED. IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR CAT IN THE STORY, YOU CAN FILL THE FORM OUT HERE OR IN CROW (The next book) AND I WILL LOOK INTO ADDING YOUR CAT TO THE STORY THERE!!!

Gender: (tom/male/boy or she-cat/female/girl)

Personality: (What kind of cat is your OC?)

Preferred Rank and Clan: (Rank: basically any in the original series, Clan: Stormclan, Lightclan, Darkcan, Sunclan, Starclan, Not of Clan*)

Other Info: (PLEASE don't give me your cat's entire life story! But feel free to add anything here that you think is important for me to know about your cat. Also stat here if you want/will want an apprentice or not/if there's a certain warrior you want to be your mentor/if there's a certain cat you want to be related to and in what way, etc.)

Other Info: Raven has experienced terrible things and as such, does not make friends quickly or easily. Her small, sleek stature allows her to be fast, nimble, and agile. She loves to come up with clever plans, run, and hunt. She is completely loyal to anyone who earns her friendship.
