Tragic;
I use that word to describe our unique love story.
Love, hate. Black, white. Up, down.
All opposites of eachother.
Her, him. Opposites.
He said they have nothing in common but she never felt it. She said she loved him but he never felt it enough.
Doubt;
Doubting the love someone has for you when they know all they want to give you everything you could dream and then some.
Chase;
Chasing dreams and wondering if they'll follow, chasing them and catching up just so they can fall through your hands again.
Love;
That word, there's not enough time on the clock to explain it. Hate is the opposite of love but somehow you always end up hating the person you love. If there's an upside there's a downside.
But tragic. That word could explain it all.
Her love for him is tragic, her feelings are tragically doubtful to him.
She doesn't hate him but he's afraid she will but that's one thing she doesn't see in their future.
She sees a bright one but it's blinding and no one knows the outcome because they can't see past the light.
Begging her to leave and then later begging her to stay, opposites of eachother.
He wants her to leave because of the pain she feels, but deep down wants her to stay. But hey, those are just words she held onto but could be non existent chit chat to make her smile grow bigger because she believes he wants her at last.
Heartache;
What she feels when she's with him but also feels free and never wants to leave his arms, but she knows she has to and she's scared.
And then there's someone else.
Another girl.
Thinks about her every second and she won't leave her mind alone, she sits in it and claws the walls and yells her name so it echoes inside her when she's with him.
She can never get a break from her.
Stories that compare the two that he tells.
Nevermind.
Now she knows who it's about when she hears that phrase from him.
He ends up telling it anyways and makes her stomach turn inside out.
Ripping out her hair to try and shake her out and she's stuck, maybe she's in her brain more than she's in his.
