Macy is at the dance with her friend's Jack and Brandon. They all met in sixth-grade they had the same math class. It didn't take long for the two boys to start dating, they have been dating since freshmen year. They are now in their junior year and at there homecoming dance. There is a slow song playing all the couples were dancing.
Macy sat there drinking her punch waits for the song to be over. Just then she sees someone walking toward her he's a tall African American. He has a strong jawline and is wearing a black tux she recognizes him from third period. Macy smiles and looks up at the young man and says "hey you're Flynn from chemistry class." The young man fidgets with his hands and says "well I was wondering if you want to dance with me, only if you want?"
Macy sits there in shock she never thought a guy would come to her. She smiles and says "of course, I would love to." the young man puts her hand out for the girl to grab she gets up and Macy pulls her blonde behind her ear. she straightens her pastel pink dress and grabs his hand they walk over to the dance floor. Just then perfect by Ed Sheeran starts playing he gently grabs her by the waist she puts her arms around his head.
They sway back and forth it was as if two hearts were colliding they continue to dance. As she asks" so how long have you been thirsting after me?" They both laugh and he says "since the start of school I was bullied at my old school so I'm just glad to have a friend or maybe more." Macy smiles and says "of course, you can't charm me like that and not be more." He laughs and smirks and says "well if that's the case then do you want to go out with me next Saturday?" she smiles widely and says "of course I will."
the young girl puts her head on his chest and he put his arms around her waist. They continue to sway as in love by Khai dreams starts playing. She looks around and looking at the ocean themed decorations. she sees Jack and Brandon by the fruit punch bowl waving her over. She looks up and asks "do you want to meet my friends."
He smiles and says "that would be great." she then grabs his hand pulling him over to her friends. She smiles and says "hey guys this is Flynn from my chemistry class, it's funny cause we seem to have a lot of chemistry too." She looks up to see jack in a pink suit with shoulder-length brown hair and hazel eyes. Jack smiles and says "aw, so when did this chemistry happen?"
Macy smiles and says "he just ask me out not too long ago." Brandon the Asian young man had short black hair and mocha brown eyes. Brandon smiles and says "aw, you two are going to make a cute couple." She smiles and says "thanks" Flynn smiles and says "well since the dance is winding down..." He looks up to see people leaving the dance. "Do you want to hang out alone" she smiles and says "of course" then waves bye to her friends.
They walk into the hallway deciding to sit against the lockers. There were people going home Macy looks up at Flynn and says "I'm glad you asked me to dance." Flynn smiles and says "me too" she smiles and leans in there lips collide. He lips were soft and tasted like cherry lip balm. They stop kissing to breathe smiling at each other
