So basically, The reader's quirk allows her to release jets of blood from her legs to propel herself on the ground and in the air, and even detach her limbs completely to strike opponents and set up surprise attacks. It's very similar to the abilities of Ms. Fortune for skullgirls. To be honest, The reader's quirk is heavily inspired form Ms. Fortune abilities.
