I wish I could turn human...

Jim's POV
I just want to turn human on command... Merlin should have tried to make a potion to help me turn human!! We should have tried... He didn't think! I didn't think... I need to try and look...
"Jim? You look distracted. Are you alright?" Claire asked and I look away. "Just have a lot going through my mind" I tell her and she sighs. We walk in the night for a few hours and finally reach New Jersey. "Don't move" Merlin tells us and we crouch by a line of bushes. "What is it?" I whisper to Merlin. "Just listen" he whispers back. "I know you are there, Merlin" a voice says in the dark. I look at Merlin with confusion and he shrugs. "Come out or I will DRAG you by the feet" the voice said and Merlin pops his head up. "Fine" Merlin says and he walks to the girl. "Don't recognise me?" the girl asks and Merlin nods. "It's me, Velvet... Another sorceress" Velvet says and Merlin gasps. We all emerge from the bushes and walk next to  him and stare in confusion. "The boy who wishes to change human... The champion my friends talk about" Velvet says as she studies me. "Well.. Yes I wish to be human again but you never know when I need to be a troll thing" I explain and she nods slightly. "Maybe my friend Ally can help" Velvet says and Ally trots to us and a chill goes down my spine and Claire hooks a finger around one of mine. "Can you fix Claire's shadow staff?" Blinky asks and he shows a bag of pieces. "Come.. The sun is rising... You other trolls stay in the dark part of the forest. We will come back by night" Velvet says and Claire, Blinky, Merlin, Numora, Ally and I walk with her while the others leave. We run to her place and go in her basement... I think..😓

Numora's POV
I sat down with Blinky and Merlin. "Pieces here and Ally? Can you hurry and can you take Jim and go to the potions? Take Merlin too" Velvet says as Claire puts the pieces on a table and Ally takes Jim and Merlin to make a potion. I stayed seated and Slinky tried to talk with me. "Are you even listening?" Blinky asks me and I shook my head. "Just because I'm your friend and I follow and didn't stay doesn't mean I listen every time someone speaks. I'm a changeling" I say to him and he slumps back with an angry expression. I got up and watched Velvet piece the staff together. "So... How old are you both and Ally?" Claire asks us. "Well... Sensitive question.. Not answering" I say quickly (I don't know her age). "Isn't it rude to ask an elder sorceress? I mean... Isn't it rude to ask anyone before them trusting you and you trusting them?" Velvet asks while working. "But you're a teen! How could you say 'elder sorceress'!?" Blinky asks from behind us. "Well... Morgana never tells you anything does she? Merlin used her left hand... She made me a sorceress. She put Jim in a slumber until the love one says something that means something to them" Velvet explains and Claire almost faints. "VELVET!!!" Ally calls and we all run to her, Jim and Merlin. "3... 2... 1..." Velvet counts and Jim passes out. I pick him up and take him to the couch. "Give him time. SOMEONE messed up the potion" Velvet says as she drags Ally back into the room. We heard Velvet yelling about something. Claire just sat by his side and I went to the shadow staff and put some of the pieces in place. There was one more piece. "Hey Velvet! Come here!" I call and she rushes to me and Claire comes too. "Go on Claire. Put the last piece in its place" Velvet says. Claire looks at me and I nod. Claire pushes the piece and the staff lifts into the air. "After this, Morgana will be in pieces but it takes hundreds upon thousands of years for her to reform. I need to make some.. Extra things. Stay with Jim and don't go in the other room until I say so" Velvet says as the staff lays down and we sat down and watched Jim. "Weak.." Merlin whispered. He was clearly annoyed that Ally got the recipe wrong and that Jim passed out. "You're one to talk" I whisper under my breath and Claire giggles a bit. "Work on your skills. Check of Morgana or wait for him to wake up" Velvet says and she walked to the other room to do something to Ally. I'm not sure. "Let's hope he wakes up in the next few hours.." I say and Claire and Blinky nod.

Jim's mind
I just wanted to be human.. My wish might be granted... Remember the look of my human skin... I love this but the pain I went through when I drank the potion. Merlin pushed Ally and before I could call, he hit me and Ally. I guess Ally woke up then called because I was lifted and placed... Maybe Merlin was bad.. He could have been mad at that moment. I guess I'll know when I wake up... Just 1 day will do for me... I'll wake up but after a week, I'm a troll thing again... I don't mind because whenever I want, Ally will make the potion as long as I have a few days as a troll thing...

-a day later-

Claire's POV
We heard a bang and ran down to the 'basement' where Jim and the staff was. On the floor was a groaning human Jim. "Ow... That hurt" Jim said while standing. He removed his armour and I ran up and hugged him. "You're finally a human again" Merlin said happily and Jim gave him an angry look. "Don't act like I don't remember what happened to Ally and I when I had the potion" Jim said angrily with me in his arms. "My word what are you talking about?" Merlin asks and I look at Jim in confusion. "He is talking about the pain you put us both in..." Ally said while appearing from the other room. "Can I have my shadow staff back now?" I ask and Blinky gives it to me. "Blinky, Numora, go find the heartstone. It's around here somewhere. Velvet... Take care of Merlin for us" Ally says and Blinky and Numora draw a portal and go in. "Jim, Ally... Let's go with the other trolls" I say and we leave. "Come on old wizard" we hear Velvet say as we leave the house.

Merlin's POV
I was strapped to a chair and put in front of a screen showing what happened to Ally and Jim

"Here, drink this" Ally said as she handed the potion to Jim. "Here goes nothing" Jim says and he drinks it. "Why do I feel so... Woozy.." Jim asks and Ally's eyes widen. "I put in a wrong ingredient! I'm sorry! This will only last for a week!" Ally explains while flipping through her potion book. "But after the week and being a troll for a little after the potion is fine. I can turn you human but it has to be with the same potion" Ally continued. I walked to her and pushed her. "You're hurting him!" I yelled angrily at her and Jim collapsed beside her. "Might as well end the pain you are in!!" I yelled and swung a pipe and knocked them out cold. After a few seconds Ally was back to life. "VELVET!!!" she called and Velvet ran down with Numora, Blinky and Claire. Numora picked him up and put him on the couch. You know what happens next, Merlin...
