"But you are Ladybug!" Tikki exclaimed back.
"He doesn't know that! She exclaimed back at her. "Adrien will never love the clumsy, plain, always-late-to-class-because-I-over-sleep-for-some-reason-,-bad-excuse-maker,-never-where-she-supposed-to-be,-always-leaving-class Marinette Dupain-Cheng, he'll only be in love with strong, brave, not clumsy, amazing, cool, always wins, beautiful, heroic Ladybug!" A new round of fresh tears were going down.
What she didn't notice was that Chat Noir have been keeping an eye on her in case she got akumatized because of his actions.
He had seen her talk to her kwami, and at that moment, he realized he screwed up.
He realized, also at that moment, that his princess was his ladybug.
He realized at that moment, he would have to make her fall in love with his real self.
He realized he had to find a way to make his lady fall for Chat Noir.
He realized that if he didn't, he'll probably never love another ever again, so this had to work.
He realized at that moment his Princess was gonna be his soul spouse, if only this worked perfectly.
Otherwise, he'll probably be possibly akumatized for his own wrongdoing, and he was scared of hurting her..again. He didn't want to see her crying anymore than he had to, it was horrible, and he was to blame and at fault, and letting him be akumatized was the easiest and patheticist way of getting out of it, instead of doing something that would be his job and power, nobody else's, it was her secret to keep secret, and now he was keeping it safe as well, along with her partners, he will protect her in both forms, and would do anything to see her smile or giggle.
Would his plan work, or would he hurt her more by doing so? Would it make her cut all ties with him? Would their relationship be nothing? All that trust and friendship, would it be cut off by a small plan for love.
'I don't want that to happen! Bad luck, pls stay out the way of this! I want, no NEED her!'
He realized that at the end of this, he will have to show her who he is underneath. 'Its only fair, but would she feel betrayed and lead on?'
Or, would he save it, and for them to be a partnership of 2 people stronger together, than apart.
He realized that if Ladybugs from the past time balanced out their Chat Noir's bad luck, then his sweet princess and lady was his libra and soulmate, she balanced out everything wrong in his life.
He realized at that moment, he was in love with Marinette Dupain-Cheng, if he wasn't already.
'I love her so much, it's overwhelming and it hurts. I can't just let her slip through my paws.'
A plan so perfect, she'll be in love with him too, his other half, as Chat Noir.
