So basically this one shot is about reincarnation.

Reincarnation is the religious or philosophical concept that the soul or spirit, after biological death, begins a new life in a new body.

So basically to make the term more understandable:

So it means that you doe and you life again but in another era and in a new body. But the thing is, you don't remember anything about the life you had before.

So basically this one shot is about reincarnation and Niall and Harry seem to fall in love in every life they have.
