*****Graces POV*****

I always had trouble falling asleep for some reason but never waking up.

I woke up before anyone else. I wasn't even going to try to run away. I knew I couldn't leave the island without 'his' permission .

So I decided to explore around a bit I'd always wanted to see a mermaid . So I headed towards mermaid lagoon.

I got lost on the way there but eventually found my way. It was beautiful the sky was red and pink and the ocean beyond was so calm.

I sat at the edge of a cliff over hanging the lagoon. when I saw a mermaid she was beautiful.

She swam up to me. I was a little afraid at first but then I realized she was hurt. There was a fish hook stuck in her tail. I felt so bad for her I reached

Down to her tail and looked at it she got a little startled and jumped

"It's okay I'm going to help" I said calmy she came closer and let me touch her scaley tail. I looked at her and said "this will hurt a bit" she nodded and looked away.

I quickly pulled it out and she jumped and let out a cry. Then she waved her hand over it and the scar was gone.

She thanked me with a smile and swam away. I felt good knowing I had just helped her.

*****Pans POV*****

The way she gently helped that mermaid got to me I felt something I didn't what it was but I kinda liked it.

She was just sitting there no worries just staring off into the abyss. Her beautiful blue eyes told a story it gave me a Rush of adrenaline. ......Wait what was I saying I'm not falling for her I can't she's a big piece in my story. Plus she left camp without telling me.

I then stepped out into open she turned and look "what are you doing here" she asked "you left the camp without telling me" I said a tad bit angry.

She heard the little bit of anger I had in my voice "I'm sorry next time I'll ask she said" sarcastically "I'm serious their are bad things out here things that could hurt you" I said getting more mad "don't leave without asking me" I said angrily "I'm not a slave to you. you can't control me" she said "we're going back to camp" I said irritated.

She stomped back in front of me and we walked back to camp.

Man she looks cute when she's angry.
Stop Peter stop you can't fall for her.
