Juliet's POV

"Leo what the hell are you doing?!" I say screaming at him from across the room "Nothing" he says in confusion "I know" I say giving him an innocent smile. We've been best friends since we could walk, everyone calls us the kingdom's twins but I do not know why, he's two years older than me but we still have birthdays the days after each other, mine's the 17 of September I was born in the year 2000 so it's close to my birthday. But today is my lovely boyfriend Nathan's birthday, I asked Leo to help me decorate and plan a party for him"That's the last one!" Leo shouts from outside carrying the last few of the decoration pieces. "Leo come here now!" I shout angrily, I hear him mutter "shit" as he walks into the room. "What the hell is that?!" I say pointing to the birthday card he made for Nathan. "Come on Jul it was just a joke he'll get it... I hope" the card had a lot of nasty, mean words on it. "Do you know what he'll do to me if he finds that?!" I say kinda scared, "Do you know what I'll do to him if he lays a finger on you again?? Jul you have bruises everywhere from that asshole!" I sit there in silence because he's right. I look at the ground in shame because I can't defend myself from him and Leo's right. Leo comes up and hugs me and apologizes, I look up at him in confusion for why he's apologizing he says "I'm sorry for making you feel bad" I immediately slap him, not too hard but enough for him to realize he's apologizing for nothing, he then picks me up and throws me on the couch and starts tickling me.

Nathan's POV

"I swear to god if these two are making out I'm gonna make her pay"

Leo's POV

I start tickling her, god why does she have to be so adorable. I hear a knock on the door, "I'll get it" I say getting up and walking away from Jul panting from laughing so hard. I open the door and Nathan stomps through the door and pushes me out of his way, he rushes to the living room where Jul is and grabs her by the arm. As quickly as I can I push him off of her and in a scared quick hesitant action she gets behind me with tears in her eyes and confusion in her mind. "WHAT THE HELL NATHAN WHAT DID SHE DO?!" I yell at him looking into his anger filled eyes. "WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU DOING TOGETHER ALONE?!" He screams back at me. Jul runs into his arms and hugs him and tries to calm him down "We were getting ready a surprise party for you Nathan please calm down, I wasn't doing anything with him besides decorating and wrapping". She starts humming into his ear with her arms wrapped around his neck. It makes me sad how much of an effort she puts in to calming him down when he needs it and yet he still doesn't do anything for her... but I would.
