ENJOY!

...

It was pouring with rain as she glumly walked to her school bus, she listened as the drops of rain came crashing down on her umbrella whilst  inhaling  the fresh scent of early spring dampness. she was awoken from her pleasure by the noise of the bus engine starting and immediately ran as fast as her legs could take her. By luck she just about reached it, with a warning from the driver of punctuality, the rest of her school day carried on normally just as every other day she had to suffer living, most of it being lonely with only her thoughts to drown herself in and imagining a life with her parents and her grandmother actually smiling for once. but all those thoughts were just hopeless dreams she firmly believed would never come true, dreams that would NEVER come true no matter how hard she or anyone else tried.

''your parents are gone and never coming back...'' a voice would often tell her ''they left you, betrayed you they never loved you in the first place''  she shook her head vigorously ,getting rid of the strange voice but whatever it was in her head, it was unstoppable, it enjoyed making her feel that way. that left her feeling confused and slightly anxious.

on a quiet Tuesday night she lay asleep in bed. her room was dimly lit up with a elegant lamp which used to belong to her mother when she was a young girl. she had many objects that belonged to her parents, even though she thought that it would be better to try to move on she held on tight to these things after all they still meant a great deal to her. whilst she was sleeping she started to fell uneasy, she tossed from right to left, her eyes were twitching in distress, her bed covers were becoming slightly damp from her overwhelming sweat. she heard the increasing rate of her heartbeat thudding loudly in her ear

*HER DREAM*

a flash of her father ocean blue eyes swelling with raging tears, her mother's voice shattering  in the noise of broken glass, the same voice that she would often hear repeating itself as usual  "they left you, betrayed you they never loved you in the first place!" she felt a sensational  heat build up in her, a powerful energy developed through her body  like adrenaline in her veins traveling from her arms to her legs until she could hold it no more.

sparks of color exploded from her surrounding herself, there was a ghastly screech. she opened her eyes. horror filled up inside. it was.....

she gasped, taking huge breathes of air. sweat was running down her face, her eyes wide in shock. she wiped her brow and sat up in bed.she closed her eyes and saw a few of the images again, her fathers eyes, the sparks of color. she opened her eyes, shivering, she realized there were tears that stained her face she wiped them away whilst checking the time on her bedside clock, 2:59am.

"nearly devils hour" she thought to herself moving strands of hair from her face, realizing the frightening meaning of her thought she immediately tried to remove her dream clear from her mind completely.she got out of her bed and dragged herself to her mirror.  there stood her reflection. like her mother. like her father. Alison had never really saw her parents, only when she was a month or so old. her grandmother, however, even though she couldn't really interact, she would occasionally write notes on a piece of paper (after a very long process). she told Alison that she was an undeniable mix of both her parents. she had a mixture of her mother's hazel eyes and her father's blue ones which resulted as emerald green eyes.

her mother had beautiful long blonde hair and her father had brown.she had a rare shade of  burnt honey that usually sat neatly on her shoulders. she had a perfect height and had her mother's natural beauty, which unfortunately many boys at her school had obviously noticed, who would eventually ask her out, but she had no interest in any one of them. besides she was extremely shy, but kindness, intelligence and affection was 3 of her brightest qualities. however she did secretly desire a fairy tale ending with her prince charming from all the stories she read when she was young. but she knew it couldn't be as magical as the ones she read about.

"after all magic doesn't exist" she would say to herself. she was right though, wasn't she?
