Why You Gotta Be So Mean?

Experience Told You...

You didn't go to the Host Club that often. You only went to help them out when you didn't have guitar practice. Rehearsals only allowed you one free day every two weeks.

        One day, while you were assisting the club, you had completely forgotten about your plan to make Kyoya see that you weren't so bad.

        You were offering Haruhi some tips, although she clearly didn't need any.

        Suddenly the twins' act caught your attention. You began to walk over to them. Having an idea that they could use, you wanted to tell it to them. The twins were about to finish up with some guests as it was almost time to switch.

        The session was wrapped up and the girls moved on. Since the twins didn't have another appointment at that moment, you presented your idea to them.

        You explained to them your idea for a new twincest act which emphasized Hikaru's dominance and Kaoru's timidness. You could practically see light bulbs go off as they thought it was a great idea.

        The twins both stared wide-eyed. After three and a half seconds, their looks of enlightenment simultaneously turned to devious smirks. Giving one another a quick nod of confirmation, they decided to test out this new act on you.

        You found their flirting attempt with you funny yet rather boring. You just weren't interested in them, so you thought their attempt to be laughable.

        "Your fangirls will eat it up, trust me." You informed them.

        As you went to move on, the twins didn't seem ready to give up. Hikaru grabbed your chin. "How about you?" He cooed. "I want to know if you enjoy it."

        You could vaguely hear Kaoru playing along with complaints about how Hikaru always has all the fun. You had stopped paying attention when you felt a pair of onyx eyes burning holes in the back of your head. Your instincts already informed you that you were being watched. You gulped, took a step backwards, and turned your head around to see Kyoya staring daggers at you.  If looks could kill, man...

        Experience told you that Kyoya was pissed.  Experience also told you that he didn't always need a reason to be.  Experience told you...  It's time to get out of his sight as fast as I can.

        "Um, sorry guys, I need to go." You dismissed yourself from the twins before quickly taking your leave.

        There was one thing that you forgot your experience should tell you.  Experience told you that every time you tried to get away and ended up alone, was always when he found you.
