Madi(POV)
I woke up and my wrists hurt. I had to go to the bathroom so I pressed the button and a nurse came in
M- I need to go to the bathroom
N- ok I'm going to take the wires out you don't need them anymore.
She took them out and I got up and walked to the bathroom. I got done and I walked out and the nurse was there
N- there's someone here
M- ok what time is it
N- 7
M- ok
She left and I sat down and I took a sip of water and a guy walked in and I didn't know him.
M- hello??
G- hi my names Jake and I work at the record studio it's like 30 minutes from your apartment and I want to be your new music producer and record label.
M- did David send you
J- no but I heard he's a dick
M- he is
J- so what do you say
M- I will but I can't promise you I will be singing anytime soon
J- no I understand
M- actually I made a song and I think everyone should hear it so thy don't do what I do
J- I totally understand and it's probably amazing
M- thanks but it's on my computer and I can tell my mom to bring it later
J- ok so tell me about yourself
M- well I'm from Ohio and I live here. I have a son and my dads in the military and my mom is a nurse and my brother died
J- I'm sorry and I heard about your son
I nodded.
J- I have a daughter Emily and I'm engaged to McKenzie but she goes by Kenzie and I'm 25
M- when are you guys getting married
J- in 5 months
I grabbed my phone and texted my mom to bring my computer. She said ok and I put my phone away
J- I have one question
M- hm
J- why did you do this
I told him the story and I wiped my tears
J- it will get better I promise
M- I hope so
Then my mom walked in with Cinda and tony and Jake stood up
J- I'll see you later
I nodded and he left and they sat next to me and my mom put my computer on the table.
Mo- madi I don't think you should go on social media after everything
M- I know I'm not but if I do It will only be for a short period of time
C- who was that
M- Jake he's my new producer for my song
T- you made a song
M- yeah
Mo- that's great are you going to release it
M- yeah I think soon
C- we can't wait to hear it.
Then the nurse walked in
N- ok so we need to go over some things
M- ok
Then Jake walked in
J- you want me to come back
M- no it won't take long
He stood in the back
N- ok so you can stay in the hospital for a week so we can watch you and make sure you don't try to hurt yourself again or you can go to a help center or have someone watch you 24/7
M- I do want some help because I feel like I'm not my self and I can stay here
N- ok—
J- you can stay at my house. My fiancee stays at home all day to watch my daughter. I mean only if you want to
M- I don't want to be in your guys way
J- you won't be
Mo- she will stay with him
N- ok then everything is settled and you can leave in a hour
She left and Jake left to give us some time to talk
M- you guys can go back to Ohio I'll be fine and I'll text you everyday
Mo- ok be careful
I hugged them all and they left. I laid down bored because I had an hour left and I was falling asleep until the door opened and Erika and Chad walked in.
M- what are you guys doing here
E- we came to see how you are
M- well I'm leaving in a hour
C- that's good
I nodded
M- how's Jax
E- he's the same and he's growing.
M- really how's Anthony
C- he acts like he is ok but on the inside he's nots
M- ok and I'm really sorry again
They hugged me
E- so your a singer and your really good
C- you should come out with a song
M- I am actually
Then Jake walked in
M- Erika chad this is Jake my new producer and Jake this is Erika and chad
J- hi nice to meet you guys and Madi we can leave now
M- ok
I stood up and I hugged chad and Erika
M- bye guys
E- bye and don't do this again
C- love you
M- love you guys too
They left and I went to the bathroom and I changed into some clothes and I walked out of the bathroom and Jake was standing there
J- you ready
M- yeah can we stop at my place to grab clothes
J- already planned it
M- ok
We walked out of my room and he signed some papers and they handed him some medicine and we left. I got in his car and he started driving
J- ok you have to take these every morning. It will help you with your depression and then take these in the morning too and it will help your mood
M- ok and thanks for doing this
J- I'm your producer now so I'm responsible for you
I chuckled
M- will Kenzie care I'm staying with you guys
J- no she doesn't care
We got to my apartment and then we walked in. I grabbed some clothes and Jax's baby stuff animal I got him when he was a baby. I grabbed makeup and all my sprays and facial stuff. I then grabbed some money and we left. We got to his house 10 minutes later and it was a good size of house. I grabbed my bag and we walked in. I saw a little girl run up to him. That must be Emily
E- daddy
He hugged her and then Kenzie came.
