The Reality Check

They say depression is like a hole. Society pushes you in and you go fast and hard. Just when you think you can see the light, you fall and go deeper in. Some people use music or books to escape the hole and ignore the darkness around.

Oh I'm sorry? You're looking for a happy ending? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA no. Happy endings don't exist. Ending things happily do exist but it's not the same. Things don't always turn out the way you want them to. The key is to accept that. To be prepared for what's up ahead.

No one leaves a battle without scars. Scars are ugly but also resemble strength. Scars show that they fought their hardest and didn't want to give up. You're probably thinking about that John Green quote.

This story is about 6 young teens. They're stories are very different but they share one dream. That dream? To fly to Neverland. Where you never grow up. Where you escape the hardship of adulthood. Where you fight Captain Hook and run around with the Lost Boys. Where you can flirt with mermaids and tease fairies.

Some people say Neverland doesn't exist or it's a metaphor for Heaven.

But I'm telling you, it's real. Captain Hook, the Lost Boys, mermaids, the fairies, they're all there. To get there you need faith, trust, and yes, pixie dust. No Peter Pan included (sorry).

They all fell asleep crying one night. They all fell asleep with faith that someone would take them away. Trust that there is an escape. The Pixie Dust was inside the tears they shred .

Inigo, Brittany, Lorenzo, Ryan, Kaylyn, and Levi came to Neverland, in that order. They somehow flew out of their beds and went to Neverland. They landed in a glassy area near the calm water. For their bodies didn't know where they were, but their hearts did.
