Monday the 31st
Monday was spent unpacking and redesigning the rooms I looked around and it seemed lonely. Mama said I could always make more friends and I was afraid I wasn't going to fit in. Ma told me to go outside to allow the adults to talk. I sat near the greener grass and I looked up, how was I ever to fit in here with them city goers. I closed my eyes and something wet started touching me a tongue, he was black with little white spots all over and a white stripe down his face. A note dangled in his collar, it read "my name is gravy I'm only a few months old, I need a home." I ran into the house shouting and begging momma to let me keep him. She yelled for me to quit yelling I stopped and she screamed at the muddy paws that followed me in, it says he needs a home ma! I cried out. Ma shook her head and yelled no! No no no! And shooed gravy away.
