Celia still couldn't believe it. She and Jill were now dating. She was reading a book, re-reading every line since daydreaming about Jill was more vivid than the words she had read at least 15 times before. She couldn't help but sneak peeks over at Jill, who was drawing in her sketchpad. 'That frustrated face she makes when she erases something is so cute... Like an angry bunny' Celia thought with a giggle.
'Was she looking at me again? She is so cute when she tries to be sneaky,' Jill put down her pencil and stared at Celia until she looked up again. When Celia noticed, she winked at her and watched her face grow bright red.
"Kya! I am so sorry for staring at you, Jill. I hope I am not trying to be creepy, you are just so pretty, I never thought that we..." Celia blurted out, her face getting even more red.
"You're not being a creeper, don't worry. I am glad you think so, it's probably all the makeup I put on" she laughed. Shocked at how Jill could think this about herself, she said, "You are VERY pretty Jill! Even without makeup! You should give yourself more credit, even when we are farming together the way you carry yourself, and your eyes... Sorry if I am being a little awkward, you are just so much more lovely than you give yourself credit for,"
Now it was Jill's turn to blush. "Umm, thanks Celia. No one has ever told me that..." She started to scribble hearts in varying pressures on her paper. The point broke and Jill blurted out, "Well, your makeup is so pretty, that uh, you pull off the no makeup makeup thing really good!" She mentally cried at herself and thought, 'Well that moment is going in my nightly list of regrets,'
"Well, I actually don't wear makeup, but I am really flattered! Thank you," Confused, Jill replied, "Wait what?" "I don't, I never learned how to put it on," Celia sighed looking down. "Why not? Are you allergic to some? Because I could help you-" "No Jill, it's not a health issue. I just never learned because of my mother,"
"But you're an adult, you don't live with her. Why not learn now?" Jill asked with concern. "It wasn't a rule that I couldn't wear makeup, my mother was just really.. embarrassing," Jill could tell that Celia wanted to talk about this.
Scooting her chair in, Jill asked, "If you want, I can teach you. It's never too late, besides, I like doing this sort of thing," Grinning Celia nodded. "Great! I'll be right back with my makeup and we can talk about it. Let me know what kind of look you like in a sec,"
Jill comes back with a pastel caboodle that looks like it has grown up with her. It was filled with stickers ranging from Care Bears to various scene bands from their childhoods. "That brings backs memories!" Celia giggled.
After Celia told her what she wanted, a natural look with a little eyeliner, Jill started trying to explain skin care basics. 'Wow she is an expert on this sort of thing, hopefully some of it rubs off on me,'
Putting Celia's hair back in a pony tail, Jill was blushing at her beauty. 'She is so stunning, she doesn't even need makeup at all. I hope I can help her feel better about herself,' Sitting down in front of her, their eyes met and they both blushed. "Well let's get started, shall we?"
After Jill had applied the foundation, she couldn't help but ask, "Was your mother strict about makeup?" "Kind of, she just didn't want me to grow up. It's embarrassing, but she always wanted me to be little forever. She also wanted to be my best friend. I always feel guilty about being annoyed by it, since a lot of people would have loved to have this problem. We worked it out, and moving here seemed to help our relationship. And with makeup, she always wanted us to match somehow, to the point where it caused so many arguments,"
Jill was getting the eye shadow ready while she said, "That's understandable. I am glad you both worked it out. Let me teach you about eye shadow and liner next, than you can tell me more," The time seemed to melt away as they bonded. Jill helped her with the eyeliner, "It's ok, it takes practice and getting used to,"
A few uncomfortable minutes and near eye pokes later, her eyeliner was done. Celia was so excited to see her face when Jill finished. But, she couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed. "Jill, how do you just KNOW how to do this? I get intimidated by all of the conflicting and sometimes crazy advice online, and finding what works gets so frustrating that I just gave up." Celia sighed.
"Well, I really wanted to learn. I also had some friends give me advice, some of it worked, some of it didn't. I tried to remember what worked, and what didn't and go from there. Some of that stuff online is absolutely insane, like mixing eggs and other crap in your hair. And people ALWAYS seem to forget that different people have different hair types, and you have to find products based on YOURS. I could go on about that for a while, but I want to help you with hair and skin types first and caring for yours first. If you find anything online you want to ask about, please ask me first before trying it, I can help you," Jill said with a smile. "Sorry for rambling, maybe I can be your beauty upper classman?" Celia smiled and nodded blushing. "You don't even need that much blush, you do it naturally!" Jill laughed.
Before Celia knew it, it was time to add the lipgloss. Celia wanted to change to a slightly darker shade of pink, as she reached for it, their hands met. They both blushed as Jill said, "I think that is a good choice. You look great, but I think you need one more thing,"
"Oh ok," Celia said before gently puckering up closing her eyes. Jill couldn't believe it, she looked like a girl about to have her first kiss in a yuri manga. Her lips looked slightly glossy in the light and just so softly inviting.
Jill puts on the lipstick on her, the desire starting to overcome her. 'She's so pretty, even when she isn't even trying. I just can't hold back,' Jill leans in and kisses Celia. Surprised but happy, she accepts. Jill grabs Celia's hands and holds them while letting the passion carry them away to paradise. Jill without thinking starts to gently tongue kiss her. Celia gasps with pleasure while gripping Jill's hands tighter. Celia came up for air redder than she had been all day. Jill blushing too smiled and hugged her.
"Jill, I love you so much! I want to remember this forever!" Celia said embracing her. Smiling, Jill pulled out her phone, and said, "So do I. You uh, want to take a picture together?" She enthusiastically agreed and they took a few cute selfies together.
