"I'm sorry. We have to postpone your debut from October of this year to January of next year."

"What?"

"I'm very sorry. Dayeon just left. Now it's only the four of you."

"But what are we gonna do? We already prepared everything as a group of six..."

"I was just about to get to that. We have scouted a new member. This happened after Chaeyoung left. She said she will arrive tomorrow since she passed her audition. Please be nice to her...if we can't get another member before the due date, you'll have to debut as five members instead."

The four girls nodded sadly. Their CEO apologized again and again and walked out of the practice room. A sob was heard and from the multiple mirrors, they saw Eunbi beginning to cover her face and cry. Sojung sighed and went towards her to hug her. The other two went to hug her as well.

"I-I've been training...for such a long time!!"

"We just have to wait a few more months. Don't you worry about a thing Eunbi. We'll debut in just a few more months."

Yerin said as she rubbed Eunbi's back. Eunbi sniffled and dug her face in Yerin's neck. Yerin sighed and hugged her back tighter.

The day passed with them rehearsing their song for their now supposed postponed debut. When they finished for the day, Sojung left the company along with Yuna. Eunbi sighed and slid down the practice room wall and closed her eyes. Yerin drank some water and went towards Eunbi.

"You still sad?"

"Of course I'm still sad...I've been waiting to debut for months now. More than a year."

"Just wait a few more months. We're so close. Remember last year? October seemed so far away. Now it's June, we just have to wait..like seven more months. It's closer than we think, we just need to be patient."

"I...it still seems so far for me...I don't know if I can go through with this.."

Eunbi looked up from her feet to see Yerin's eyes staring at her worriedly. She kept gazing into these heartwarming eyes for a moment and shook her head as she looked away back at her feet.

"Just be a bit more patient. You'll see these months will pass by faster than you think."

Eunbi sighed and stood up. She brought Yerin in a hug and closed her eyes as she breathed in her scent. Yerin patted her back and smiled gently.

"You're my best friend Yerin. I love you."

"I love you too Eunbi-yah."

Eunbi blushed unknowingly and smiled widely as she heard those words leave Yerin's mouth.

Eunbi sighed and set down her bag by the door of her house. She sighed and looked around while taking off her shoes. She found a note. She picked it up from the kitchen counter.

Off to the market to buy some things with your dad. Be back in a bit!

Eunbi smiled and put the note back down. She went to go take a shower. She got her towels and clothes from her room and walked into the bathroom. She closed the door.

She untied her ponytail and looked at herself in the mirror. She sighed.

Is it because of how I look? Visuals are a big part of debuting and in the kpop industry...could that be why I'm waiting such a long time?

She shook her head and began to shed her clothing exposing her thin and defined body. She then entered the shower and began to wash herself up.

As she was finishing up, she remembered what had happened between her and Yerin during practice. She smiled and rested her back on the shower wall. Yerin was always so kind and caring towards her and it made Eunbi feel happy. Not only that, she was always so optimistic and open to everything.

"Jung Yerin...Jung Yerin.."

She repeated and then finally stopped daydreaming. She turned off the water and began to dry herself and get changed.

When she was ready to go to bed, she turned off her lights and lied down on her bed, covering herself with her blanket. She sighed as she stared at the ceiling.

"January...2015...I can wait...right?"

And so, she waited.
