When is this going to end?!

"Whatever it's not like we've seen this girl or anything." A new voice spoke. The driver gave a frustrated grunt and left.

After he left a pair of twins lifted up the table cloth and peered at me. Meanwhile I was curled up in a ball barely looking over my knees to see the twins in front of me.

"Hey you, you know you can come out right?" they spoke at the same time with the same monotone voice creepying me out a bit.

There was no way I was coming out from under the table anytime soon. I soon changed my mind when I saw Kyoya had peered under the table too. I shrieked and shot out from under the table and back into a pair of legs. I looked up and saw Tamaki creepily looking down on me. I shrieked again and backed into the wall still on the ground. If Kyoya and Tamaki were here that meant this was the stupid host club Kyoya mostly ran half the time while still being at top of the class.

"Leave the poor girl alone." the very feminine boy told off the others. My eyes were still wide and I was slightly shaking compared to earlier today.

The feminine boy leaned down towards me and smiled a small smile before straighting and holding his hand out,"My name is Haruhi. May I ask who you are?"

I looked at the hand like it might bite me, who knows what could be hiding behind that smile. I was never good at reading real from fake smiles, probably because I haven't seen a real smile yet, or maybe I have and just didn't notice.

I kept silent, and Kyoya gave my name for me.

"Her name is Etsuko Kito. Age 17. In class 2-A." It still creeps me out how he knows so much sometimes, "Sole heir to the Kito fortune and always second place on every test and exam here at Ouran." He just had to mention that.

"Why were you hiding from the limo driver, Etsu-chan?" a cute voice from a tiny boy questioned. Did they really expect me to give them the reason? I glanced around to see every one of them giving me a curios look.

"Um." I'm a horrible liar. I couldn't lie to save any life let alone mine, "I don't want to go home?" It wasn't the complete truth but that's the most I would give them.

"Anyone can see that." One twin started.

"So tell us the reason already." The other ended.

"No," I should've ran down another hallway.

"We saved you, we only expect an answer." The twins pointed out.

"Family issues." I stated. Almost every student here has some sort of family issue, so this was normal.

"What kind of issues?" the twins pestered on. Will they ever stop digging their noses where they don't belong? Well that goes mostly towards Kyoya, but still.

"Issues that are none of your business." I tried to say confidently, but my voice was a bit shaky. When I begged for help, I didn't mean from my arch-rival and his stupid club.

The twins headed towards the door and started opening it up.

"Hey mister Kito-senpai's limo driver!" the twins called out. Fear shot through me and I hurriedly scanned the room for another hiding place. Just as I was about to dive under another table that had a table cloth, the giant guy clutched the back of my uniform. Realizing that when the limo driver reached the room he would find me and drag me home, I started crying. Streams of tears ran down my face. I didn't want to go home, go home to the monster I call my father. I was too busy crying to notice that the gaint had gently placed me down on one of the couches and the twins had stopped calling for my limo driver and had closed the door.

Everyone in the host club stared at the girl who was crying her eyes out. No one knew how to calm her down. Eventually though her crying had tired her out and she fell asleep.

"What are we going to do with her, Tono?" Hikaru and Kaoru asked Tamaki.

"I don't know. She doesn't want to go home...but what if one of us takes her to our homes?" Tamaki suggested, "Can anyone here take her home?" Everyone thought about their situations at home, and soon they discussed who would take her home. After a while it was decided Haruhi would take her home, since she had the only parent who would probably agree. Haruhi actually rode home with one of the host club members so they could get Etsuko to her apartment. Once they got there they placed Etsuko on a futon and let her sleep quietly.

When Haruhi's dad came home they explained the situation to him and he agreed to take care of her until the whatever her family issue was, was resolved.
