She is different; That isn't bad
Sometimes she even makes me laughThe joy she brings; it's Very warm
When she's alone, she seems torn
It seems to me
she want others to accept her
So she pretends and puts on a character
She is a flower losing its petals
Wanting to breathe; can't seem to settle
She's so young, go live your life
Don't build yourself up with so much strife
The days are long, years are short
Don't spend a lifetime building up a fort
Your beautiful just the way you are, no matter your brows, no matter your face, don't bother trying so hard
We accept you for what we see, but that isn't who you are truly meant to be
No matter who you are, we'll love you
Every minute, we will help youXianni Lee Thomas
