Save Me Before I Go Hiccstrid

Chapter 7

HICCUP POV:

I sat down with Astrid. "What is the dragon eye" asked Astrid. "It's a object that has information on every dragon" I said. "So you're just gonna give it to the hunters" asked Astrid crossing her arms. "For now, I can get it later" I said. Astrid put her arms down. "Well if we have to go on a booby trapped ship then we should get some sleep" said Astrid. Astrid and I laid down and slept. It wasn't the most comfy but I did sleep a little. Toothless took a nap as well. I woke up and my arms were around Astrid with her head against my chest. Astrid slowly opened her eyes. We both blushed and quickly moved apart. "Meal time" said a hunter. He threw in fish to all the dragon. He walked up to our cell and threw in three fish. Astrid and I were confused. "Viggo wants you ready for the Reeper" said the hunter. He left. "Of course" I said annoyed. Toothless ate one fish and Astrid and I took the last two. I took a bite. It doesn't taste poisoned or any thing. We later made it to the reeper.

We were let out of the cage and a plank was set so we can walk onto the Reeper. I was first and Astrid was behind me with Toothless last. We got on the ship and the plank was taken away. "What is this place" asked Astrid. "I'm guessing a ship grave yard" I said. We started walking. "Okay be careful" I said. I was about to open the trap down when a rope tied around my leg and started pulling me. "HICCUP" Astrid yelled. Toothless shot at the rope and I was freed. "Okay, no one goes to this much trouble unless they don't want something found" I said. 

ASTRID POV:

"Something being the dragon eye" I said. Hiccup opened the trap door and we ducked. Nothing happened. Hiccup went down the later first with a light the hunters gave us. Hiccup put his left foot on the floor and a bear trap came up. Hiccup groaned in pain (remember he didn't lose it yet). I climbed down and opened the trap. Hiccup removed his leg. I let go of the trap and it closed. "You okay" I asked. "Ya I'm fine" said Hiccup. he is lying. 

I can tell he is in a lot of pain but I would be two. I took the light and we kept walking. Toothless walked up to one of the cages. "What is it bud" asked Hiccup walking up to him. I walked closer to the cage. "Are those bones" I asked. "Yes, dragon bones" said Hiccup. He petted Toothless' head. "I'm sorry you had to see this bud" He said. We kept walking. I know I was raised to kill dragons but after spending time with Hiccup I feel like we were wrong. I mean Hiccup tamed a night fury. The most fear some dragon we know of. "Manders corders" said Hiccup. "So what's the plan" I asked. "Well" Hiccup started. Toothless shot a plasma blast at the door and it was gone. "I like his better" said Hiccup. We entered and saw a room with a desk. "Is that" I started. "The dragon eye" said Hiccup. Hiccup slowly kneeled down in front of the desk. He took the skeleton arm off the dragon eye. We were both kinda creeped out. Hiccup slowly picked it up and we froze. Nothing happened. A giant axe hit the table. "RUN" Hiccup yelled. I ran out of the room and made it to the service while dodging arrows.
